As part of the project, it is planned to retrofit the Applicant’s laboratory, in which comprehensive research will be carried out aimed at creating innovative products of the Company. This will contribute to the development of the Company’s activities and strengthen the competitive position on the market. The project is of an application nature and is aimed at directly applying the results of the research carried out in the Applicant’s economic practice. The implementation of the project will result in the implementation of functional bright bread. Celem projektu jest rozbudowa istniejącego zaplecza badawczo-rozwojowego Wnioskodawcy. W ramach projektu zaplanowano doposażenie laboratorium Wnioskodawcy, w którym przeprowadzane będą kompleksowe badania zmierzające do powstania innowacyjnych produktów Spółki. Przyczyni się to do rozwoju działalności Spółki i umocnienia pozycji konkurencyjnej na rynku. Projekt ma charakter aplikacyjny i jest ukierunkowany na bezpośrednie zastosowanie wyników zrealizowanych badań w praktyce gospodarczej Wnioskodawcy. W wyniku realizacji projektu nastąpi wdrożenie do produkcji funkcjonalnego pieczywa jasnego. Może to mieć korzystny wpływ na profilaktykę cholesterolową (szczególnie LDL) oraz zmniejszenie udziału osób chorujących w Polsce na cukrzycę. (Polish)
