Projekt związany jest z planami rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa w zakresie wprowadzenia na rynek innowacyjnej usługi w obszarze obrotu artykułami kolekcjonerskimi i luksusowymi. W ramach projektu realizowane są dwa zadania/dwie usługi: - na poziomie strategicznym - opracowanie modelu biznesowego w oparciu o badania benchmarkingowe - na poziomie operacyjnym - przygotowanie realizacji projektu, którego celem jest stworzenie nowej usługi Dzięki zakupionym usługom możliwe będzie precyzyjne przygotowanie firmy do stworzenia i wdrożenia nowej usługi w oparciu o najlepsze praktyki. Pozwoli to zminimalizować ryzyko inwestycji i wdrożenia oraz podnieść jego efektywność. (Polish)

As part of the project, two tasks/services are carried out: at the strategic level, the development of a business model based on benchmarking studies – at the operational level – preparation of the implementation of a project, the aim of which is to create a new service Thanks to the purchased services, it will be possible to precisely prepare the company for the creation and implementation of a new service based on best practices. This will minimise the risk of investment and implementation and increase its efficiency. (English)
