In the draft, the Applicant planned: —adaptation and renovation work of the restaurant; —changes in the sales model, i.e. the development of safe channels for the distribution of meals in the form of take-away and fertiliser sales; —create appropriate sanitary and hygienic conditions for customers by minimising factors affecting the spread of COVID-19 (e.g. increasing consumer places to ensure distance between guests); —providing safety and comfort of work for employees, by increasing the amount of protective clothing (kits for cooks, spares, trousers, protective footwear, caps, gloves). The tasks planned to be carried out in this project will be a comprehensive response to the barriers diagnosed by the Applicant to carrying out its activities under the conditions of a strict sanitary regime.
