Przedsiębiorstwo od lipca 2016 roku z powodzeniem prowadzi wynajem domu całorocznego na zasadzie wynajmu krótkoterminowego. Okres wiosenno – letni (kwiecień- wrzesień) cieszy się największym zainteresowaniem wynajmujących i zapewnia największe przychody przedsiębiorstwu. Ze względu na pandemię COVID-19 niezwykle ważne jest utrzymanie wysokiego poziomu czystości oraz dezynfekcja powierzchni. W tym celu zamierzony jest zakup urządzeń do czyszczenia i dezynfekcji powierzchni. Celem zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa nie tylko klientom ale również osobom obsługującym obiekt planowana jest wymiana pieca centralnego ogrzewania z zasilanego ekogroszkiem na nowoczesny piec gazowy. Dodatkowo przyczyni się to do zmniejszenia emisji spalin. Dodatkowo w celu zapewnienia gościom możliwości komfortowego wypoczynku spełniającego reżim sanitarny panujący podczas pandemii COVID-19 planuje się zagospodarowanie działki sąsiedniej o powierzchni około 2900 m2. In order to ensure safety not only to customers but also to persons operating the facility, it is planned to replace the central heating furnace with eco-pea-powered with a modern gas stove. In addition, this will reduce exhaust emissions. In addition, it is planned to develop a neighbouring plot of approximately 2900 m² in order to provide guests with a comfortable rest that meets the sanitary regime during the COVID-19 pandemic.
