The main objective of the project: “Implementation of electronic medical documentation and the launch of e-services for patients of the Zofia Voivodship Hospital from Zamoyskie Tarnobrzeg” is to increase the efficiency and availability of e-services and to increase the quality and extended scope of public services provided electronically. The project involves the development, integration and secure exchange of information systems in specialised health care units of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, along with the development of ICT infrastructure and the implementation of information and telecommunications techniques that improve patient health safety and security of systems and networks. It is planned to expand its system to modernise the integration of e-services with the newly planned PSIM. In total, the following e-services are planned to be launched within the scope of the project:• e-information• e-registration• Patient’s Electronic Record• Teleconsultation – Cardiology• Electronic Platform for Supervision• RREDMIn the framework of the project, public e-services together with electronic medical documentation will be implemented. In addition, in order to enable these implementations, an investment will be made in the Applicant’s ICT infrastructure, which will enable the creation of an electronic circulation system for medical documents in accordance with the recommendations of the Centre for Health Protection Information Systems. In order to implement the objectives of the project, a system of electronic medical documentation will be implemented in the applicant’s facilities, enabling it to also be authorised, archived and made available. Celem głównym projektu pn. "Wdrożenie elektronicznej dokumentacji medycznej oraz uruchomienie e-usług dla pacjentów Wojewódzkiego Szpitala im. Zofii z Zamoyskich Tarnowskiej w Tarnobrzegu" jest podniesienie efektywności i dostępności e-usług oraz wyższa jakość i rozszerzony zakres usług publicznych świadczonych drogą elektroniczną.Projekt zakłada rozwój, integrację i bezpieczną wymianę danych systemów informatycznych w specjalistycznych jednostkach ochrony zdrowia województwa podkarpackiego wraz z rozbudową infrastruktury teleinformatycznej i wdrożeniem technik informacyjnych i telekomunikacyjnych poprawiających bezpieczeństwo zdrowia pacjentów oraz bezpieczeństwo systemów i sieci.Planowana jest rozbudowa posiadanego systemu o modernizację integracji e-usług z nowo planowanym PSIM. Łącznie w zakresie przedmiotowego projektu planowane jest uruchomienie następujących e-usług:• e-informacja• e-rejestracja• Elektroniczny Rekord Pacjenta• telekonsultacja - kardiologia• Elektroniczna Platforma Nadzoru• RREDMW ramach projektu zostaną wdrożone e-usługi publiczne wraz z elektroniczną dokumentacją medyczną. Ponadto, w celu umożliwienia tych wdrożeń, zostanie dokonana inwestycja w infrastrukturę teleinformatyczną Wnioskującego, co umożliwi stworzenie systemu Elektronicznego Obiegu Dokumentów Medycznych zgodnie z zaleceniami Centrum Systemów Informacyjnych Ochrony Zdrowia. W celu realizacji założeń projektu, w placówkach Wnioskującego zostanie wdrożony system elektronicznej dokumentacji medycznej umożliwiający również jej autoryzację, archiwizację i udostępnianie.
