The main goal of the project is to increase innovation and the importance of KISAN Sp. z o.o. by implementing the results of R & D work leading to the introduction of an improved product on the market: multi-layer pipe PE-Xb/AL/PE with a diameter of 16 x 2.0 mm. The improvement of the product (related to the implementation of the innovation) will mainly consist of the method of joining the tapes – butt-joining (constant total wall thickness), evenly spreading the adhesive inside the pipe between the metallic tape and non-metallic plastic (PE-Xb polyethylene). In order to achieve the main objective, it is necessary to purchase a modern fixed asset: Production Line With ALUMINIUM Laser Welding(1 pcs.). The purchase of the line will allow for the introduction of improved products on the market. The investment needs of the firm derive directly from the demand that has emerged on the market, in particular from the increase in demand and customer expectations. Currently, when offering its products, the company cannot fully meet the expectations of its customers, as it does not have the right machines to implement improvements in the offered products (the absence of a technological line that would connect the tapes with a laser in a butt-through way that eliminates empty spaces on the tab and avoids technological bursts). The purchase planned under the project is directly linked to the creation of an improved product, i.e. a multi-layer PE-Xb/AL/AL/PE universal pipe with a diameter of 16 x 2.0 mm. Głównym celem projektu jest wzrost innowacyjności oraz znaczenia firmy KISAN Sp. z o.o. poprzez wdrażanie wyników prac B+R prowadzących do wprowadzenia na rynku ulepszonego produktu: rury wielowarstwowej PE-Xb/AL/PE o średnicy 16 x 2,0 mm. Ulepszenie produktu (związane z wdrożeniem innowacji) polegało będzie w głównej mierze na sposobie łączenia taśm - łączenie doczołowe (stała całkowita grubość ścianki), równomiernym rozłożeniu kleju wewnątrz rury pomiędzy taśmą metaliczną a tworzywem niemetalicznym (polietylen PE-Xb). Aby realizacja celu głównego była możliwa, niezbędnym jest zakup nowoczesnego środka trwałego: LINII PRODUKCYJNEJ Z SPAWANIEM LASEROWYM ALUMINIUM DOCZOŁOWO(1 szt.). Zakup linii pozwoli na wprowadzenie na rynek ulepszonych produktów. Potrzeby inwestycyjne firmy wynikają bezpośrednio z zapotrzebowania, jakie pojawiło się na rynku, a w szczególności ze wzrostu popytu oraz oczekiwań klientów. Obecnie, przedsiębiorstwo oferując swoje produkty nie może w pełni zaspokoić oczekiwań klientów, gdyż nie ma odpowiednich maszyn do wdrożenia usprawnienia w oferowanych produktach (brak linii technologicznej która laserem łączyłaby taśmy w sposób doczołowy pozwalający na eliminację pustych przestrzeni na zakładce oraz uniknięcie zasklepień technologicznych). Zakup planowany w ramach projektu bezpośrednio wiąże się z powstaniem ulepszonego produktu tj rury wielowarstwowej PE-Xb/AL/PE uniwersalnej o średnicy 16 x 2,0 mm. (Polish)
