The object of the investment is the ordering and development of the degraded area of the park in the Buchwałowo estate in Sokółka. As part of the investment, park alleys, playground, outdoor gym, lighting, monitoring and park green were designed in this area. The area to be revitalised will be intended for all residents of Sokółka and the entire municipality, in particular for children of pre-school and school age and their parents, teachers, unemployed people, people over 50 years old, people with disabilities and dependents, families at risk of poverty or social exclusion. The development of the area covered by the project, which will be shared by residents, is aimed at social activation and combating social marginalisation of the inhabitants of the Municipality of Sokółka, in terms of social inclusion and leisure activities. General objective of the project: Improving the quality of life of the inhabitants of the municipality of Sokółka by organising and managing the degraded park in the Buchwałowo estate in Sokółka and restoring it to its former social functions. Indicators – Area of revitalised areas – 3.7035 ha – Open space created or rehabilitated in urban areas – 37035 m² The project is included in the LPR of the municipality of Sokółka in the list of basic regeneration projects under number 18. The investment meets the definition of a revitalisation project – a project resulting from the revitalisation programme, i.e. planned in the revitalisation programme and aimed at achieving its objectives, proclaimed for EU co-financing (Guidelines on Revitalisation in Operational Programmes 2014-2020). The project is fully in line with the Local Development Strategy of the “Tatar Trail” Local Action Group and is fully part of the so-called small revitalisation. The total gross value of the project is PLN 999 883,72, of which 80,00 % is financed by the ROPWP. The project will be implemented in the period of: March – August 2021 (investment activities). Przedmiotem inwestycji jest uporządkowanie i zagospodarowanie zdegradowanego obszaru parku na osiedlu Buchwałowo w Sokółce. W ramach inwestycji zaprojektowano na tym obszarze alejki parkowe, plac zabaw, siłownię zewnętrzną, oświetlenie, monitoring oraz zieleń parkową. Teren objęty rewitalizacją będzie przeznaczony dla wszystkich mieszkańców Sokółki oraz całej gminy, w szczególności zaś dla dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym i szkolnym oraz ich rodziców, nauczycieli, osób bezrobotnych, osób powyżej 50 r.ż., osób niepełnosprawnych i niesamodzielnych, rodzin zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym. Zagospodarowanie obszaru objętego projektem, z którego wspólnie będą korzystać mieszkańcy ma na celu aktywizację społeczną i przeciwdziałanie marginalizacji społecznej mieszkańców Gminy Sokółka, w zakresie integracji społecznej oraz spędzania wolnego czasu. Cel ogólny projektu: Poprawa jakości życia mieszkańców Gminy Sokółka poprzez uporządkowanie i zagospodarowanie zdegradowanego parku na osiedlu Buchwałowo w Sokółce i przywrócenie mu dawnych funkcji społecznych. Wskaźniki - Powierzchnia zrewitalizowanych obszarów – 3,7035 ha - Otwarta przestrzeń utworzona lub rekultywowana na obszarach miejskich –37 035 m2 Projekt jest ujęty w LPR Gminy Sokółka na liście podstawowych przedsięwzięć rewitalizacyjnych pod nr 18. Inwestycja spełnia definicję projektu rewitalizacyjnego - projekt wynikający z programu rewitalizacji, tj. zaplanowany w programie rewitalizacji i ukierunkowany na osiągnięcie jego celów głoszony do dofinansowania z UE (Wytyczne w zakresie rewitalizacji w programach operacyjnych na lata 2014 – 2020). Przedmiotowy projekt jest całkowicie zgodny z Lokalną Strategią Rozwoju Lokalnej Grupy Działania „Szlak Tatarski” i całkowicie wpisuje się w ramy tzw. małej rewitalizacji. Całkowita wartość projektu brutto to 999 883,72 zł, z czego 80,00% jest finansowane ze środków RPOWP. Projekt zostanie zrealizowany w okresie: marzec - sierpień 2021 (działania inwestycyjne).
