Projekt będzie realizowany we wsi Mścichy, w województwie podlaskim, w powiecie grajewskim, w gminie Radziłów. Celem projektu jest poprawa usług w zakresie pomocy społecznej świadczonych przez gminę, poprzez adaptację budynku po byłej Szkole Podstawowej w Mścichach na Dom Pomocy Społecznej. W ramach projektu powstanie dom pomocy społecznej dla świadczący całodobowe usługi bytowe, opiekuńcze, wspomagające i edukacyjne na poziomie obowiązującego standardu, w zakresie i formach wynikających z indywidualnych potrzeb osób w nim przebywających. Grupą docelową projektu są mieszkańcy społeczności lokalnej, szczególnie osoby starsze. Projekt skierowany jest do grup defaworyzowanych: osób z niepełnosprawnościami oraz osób wykluczonych i zagrożonych ubóstwem. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to improve the social assistance services provided by the municipality through the adaptation of the building after the former Primary School in Mścichy to the Social Welfare House. As part of the project, a social assistance house will be created for providing 24-hour living, care, support and education services at the level of the applicable standard, in the scope and forms resulting from the individual needs of the persons staying in it. The target group of the project is residents of the local community, especially the elderly. The project is aimed at disadvantaged groups: persons with disabilities and those who are excluded and at risk of poverty. (English)
