The aim of the Stalmax project is to implement new air services such as: widely understood aerial photography, videofilming flights, patrol and observation flights, glider towing, geodesy, cartography. The dynamic development of the air services market in Poland makes it possible to implement/provide them in the north-eastern part of our country. Air services will therefore be conducive to the economic, social and spatial development of the country. The purchase of a new professional ultralight aircraft and its services will serve to reduce material losses caused by natural and technological hazards. Patrolling and observation services will affect the organisation of various preventive actions, the observation of water bodies, forest areas, the transmission of information on fire outbreaks, the coordination of action in crisis situations, the pursuit and blockade activities and the safeguarding of public order and security during mass events. They will minimise the negative impact on the environment by reducing the negative effects caused by fires, technological hazards. The purchase of an ultralight aircraft and the provision of the above-mentioned services is most reasonable, affecting the wide development of our province. These are new services not yet provided in the company. Output indicators have been established: 1. Private investments complementing public support to enterprises (grants) (CI 6) – PLN 209 544.22 2. Number of enterprises receiving the grant – 1 enterprise 3. Number of enterprises receiving support – 1 4. Number of enterprises supported for pro-environmental measures – 1 enterprise Result indicators: 1. Employment growth in supported enterprises (CI 8) [FTE] – 2 persons. Przedmiotem, celem projektu firmy STALMAX jest wdrożenie nowych usług lotniczych takich jak: szeroko pojęta fotografia lotnicza, loty videofilmowania, loty patrolowe i obserwacyjne, holowanie szybowców, geodezja, kartografia. Dynamicznie rozwijający się rozwój rynku usług lotniczych w Polsce umożliwia wdrożenie/świadczenie ich w części północno- wschodniej naszego kraju. Usługi lotnicze będą więc sprzyjały rozwojowi ekonomicznemu, społecznemu i przestrzennemu kraju. Zakup nowego profesjonalnego samolotu ultralekkiego i świadczone nim usługi będą służyć, przyczyniać się do ograniczania strat materialnych powstałych w wyniku zagrożeń naturalnych i technologicznych. Usługi patrolowania i obserwacji będą wpływały na organizowanie różnych działań prewencyjnych, do obserwacji akwenów wodnych, terenów leśnych, przekazywania informacji o ogniskach pożarów, koordynowania działań w sytuacjach kryzysowych, prowadzenia działań pościgowo – blokadowych oraz do zabezpieczenia porządku i bezpieczeństwa publicznego w czasie trwania imprez masowych. Będą minimalizowały negatywny wpływ na środowisko poprzez zmniejszenie negatywnych skutków wywoływanych przez pożary, zagrożenia technologiczne. Zakup samolotu ultralekkiego i świadczenie nim ww. usług jest jak najbardziej zasadne, wpływające na szeroki rozwój naszego województwa. Są to nowe usługi nieświadczone do tej pory w przedsiębiorstwie. Założono wskaźniki produktu: 1. Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw (dotacje) (CI 6) – 209 544,22 PLN 2. Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących dotację – 1 przedsiębiorstwo 3. Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie – 1 4. Liczba przedsiębiorstw wspartych w zakresie działań prośrodowiskowych – 1 przedsiębiorstwo Wskaźniki rezultatu: 1.
