The company carried out its own R & D work on new products that can be realised on a modern line. Therefore, creating the right document – a business plan, defining not only a good idea and benefits, but also highlighting risks, weaknesses and ways to overcome them will also give a full picture of the profitability of the investment, economic efficiency and further development and competitiveness of the enterprise. The cost of developing a business plan is very high and therefore the use of a promotional service – a specialised consulting service to write a business plan and benefit from the knowledge and experience of qualified experts is the only chance to implement the already developed product line. It offers an opportunity to increase competitiveness and economic efficiency on the market. The scope of the project is as follows: 1. Identification of the entrepreneur’s needs and objectives of the investment project 2. Analysis of the technical and legal feasibility of the investment project 3. Market analysis and development of marketing strategy in the context of the planned project 4. Development of a plan for the implementation and operation of the investment project 5. Identification and analysis of risks for venture 6. Preparation of a financial analysis of the investment project One task will be carried out: purchase of promotional advisory services for the development of the Business Plan within the scope of the long-term development strategy of the company. The project will be implemented in the period from 11.05.2020-24.07.2020. (English)

    Realizacja przedmiotowego projektu ma doprowadzić do wsparcia go usługą prorozwojową doradczą świadczoną przez IOB na rzecz MSP. Usługa polega na opracowaniu i przekazaniu wnioskodawcy profesjonalnego biznes planu, poparte wiedzą i doświadczeniem ekspertów w tej dziedzinie w celu podjęcia odpowiedzialnej decyzji przez przedsiębiorstwo czy i jak wdrażać innowację. Firma przeprowadziła we własnym zakresie prace B+R nad nowymi produktami, które będą mogły być zrealizowane na nowoczenej linii. Dlatego stworzenie odpowiedniego dokumentu – biznes planu, określenie w nim nie tylko dobrego pomysłu i korzyści, ale też wypunktowanie ryzyk, słabości i sposobów na ich pokonanie, da również pełny obraz opłacalności inwestycji, efektywności ekonomicznej i dalszego rozwoju oraz konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa. Koszt opracowania biznes planu jest bardzo wysoki i dlatego skorzystanie z usługi prorozwojowej - specjalistycznej usługi doradczej napisania biznes planu oraz skorzystania z wiedzy i doświadczeń wykwalifikowanych ekspertów jest jedyną szansą na wdrożenie już opracowanej już linii produktów.
