The project will be implemented in Strabli district Wyszki at 27 Wesoła Street. The planned start date for the material implementation of the project is 03.08.2020 and the end of 30.07.2021. The project will carry out the following activities: purchase of sawmill line, purchase of double-sided sawing machine, purchase of line to 2.5 m log, purchase of drum chipper, purchase of a measuring system of unshelled lumber with dedicated module for optimisation of cutting process depending on the defects found, purchase of a system for managing the company. All the purchases indicated are necessary for the implementation of the project. The aim of this project is to implement wood sawing technology (process innovation) into innovative practice and to introduce innovative products not offered by the company, resulting from its own R & D work and submitted to the PA, and to implement process innovation consisting of eliminating production waste. The result of the project is to increase the competitiveness and innovation of our company thanks to the implementation of innovative products produced with the help of innovative wood sawing technology, which will contribute to the growth of the company’s profits. The investment will achieve the following indicators (due to the limited number of characters, only a few indicators are listed in this part of the proposal): Private investments complementing public support for enterprises (grants) – PLN 3 549 728.00 Number of process innovations introduced – 2 pcs. Number of product innovations introduced – 3 pcs. Number of enterprises supported in the implementation of R & D results – 1 The characteristics of our business are mainly the sale of B2B. All the products we sell are sold in the country. All companies and individuals who execute orders for lumber will be able to take advantage of our offer. Projekt będzie realizowany w Strabli gm. Wyszki przy ulicy Wesołej 27. Planowany termin rozpoczęcia rzeczowej realizacji projektu to 03.08.2020 a zakończenia 30.07.2021. W ramach projektu zostaną wykonane następujące działania: zakup linii tartacznej, zakup obrzynarki dwustronnej, zakup linii do kłody 2,5m , zakup rębaka bębnowego, zakup systemu pomiarowego tarcicy nieobrzynanej z dedykowanym modułem optymalizacji procesu rozkroju w zależności od znalezionych wad, zakup systemu do zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem. Wszystkie wskazane zakupy są niezbędne do realizacji przedmiotowego projektu. Celem przedmiotowego projektu jest wdrożenie do praktyki innowacyjnej technologii przetarcia drewna (innowacja procesowa) i wprowadzeniu innowacyjnych produktów nieoferowanych przez przedsiębiorstwo, będących wynikiem własnych prac B+R i zgłoszonych do UP oraz wdrożenie innowacji procesowej polegającej na wyeliminowaniu odpadu produkcyjnego. Natomiast rezultatem projektu jest wzrost konkurencyjności i innowacyjności naszej firmy dzięki wdrożeniu do produkcji innowacyjnych produktów wytworzonych przy pomocy innowacyjnej technologii przetarcia drewna, które przyczynią się do wzrostu zysków firmy. Realizacja inwestycji pozwoli osiągnąć następujące wskaźniki (ze względu na ograniczoną liczbę znaków w tej części wniosku wymieniono tylko kilka wskaźników): Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw (dotacje)- 3 549 728,00 zł Liczba wprowadzonych innowacji procesowych – 2 szt. Liczba wprowadzonych innowacji produktowych – 3 szt. Liczba przedsiębiorstw wspartych w zakresie wdrożenia wyników prac b+r – 1 szt. Charakterystyką naszej działalności jest głównie sprzedaż B2B. Wszystkie produkty, które sprzedajemy są sprzedawane na terenie kraju. Wszystkie firmy i osoby prywatne, które realizują zamówienia na tarcicę będą mogły skorzystać z naszej oferty. Oczywiście w pierwszej kolejności skorzystają nasi klienci, których w tej chwili mamy około 200. (Polish)
