The object of the project is the construction of a sanitary sewerage network in the municipality of Dobroday, the towns of Dobroday and Ligota Dobrodzieńska. The scope of the project includes renovation and construction of a new sanitary sewerage system. The investment will consist of: gravitational PVC channels with a diameter of 200 mm, gravitational channels made of PVC with a diameter of 150 mm, inspection wells and sewage wells. The total length of the resulting sewerage system is 7746.7 m (including the renovation of 1478.2 m and the construction of a new sewerage system 6268.5 m). The project shall include the following tasks: 1.Construction of sanitary sewerage; 2. Investor supervision; 3. Development of the necessary documentation, 4.Promotion of the project. The applicant and the direct beneficiary of the project is the Municipality of Dobroday, which will transfer to the budgetary unit for operation/management. The area within which the project is planned belongs to the Municipality or has the relevant permits for it. The municipality has the necessary knowledge and organisational and technical background to implement the project. It also has appropriate administrative permits and decisions. The implementation of the project is in line with the provisions of Directive 91/271/EEC of 21 May 1991 concerning urban waste water treatment and the investment catalogue indicated in the National Community Sieków Treatment Programme. The inclusion of the Good Day Agglomeration in the Master Plan requires compliance with the guidelines and specific targets for the implementation of waste water management. Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej w gminie Dobrodzień, miejscowościach Dobrodzień i Ligota Dobrodzieńska. Zakres projektowanej inwestycji obejmuje wykonanie remontu i budowę nowej kanalizacji sanitarnej. Przedmiotowa inwestycja składać się będzie z: kanałów grawitacyjnych z PCW o średnicy 200 mm, kanałów grawitacyjnych z PCW o średnicy 150 mm, studni rewizyjnych oraz studzienek kanalizacyjnych. Łączna długość powstałej kanalizacji wynosi 7746,7 m (w tym remont 1478,2m i budowa nowej kanalizacji 6268,5m). Przedsięwzięcie obejmuje następujące zadania: 1.Budowa kanalizacji sanitarnej; 2. Nadzór inwestorski; 3. Opracowanie niezbędnej dokumentacji, 4.Promocja projektu. Wnioskodawcą i bezpośrednim beneficjentem projektu jest Gmina Dobrodzień, która przekaże jednostce budżetowej do eksploatacji/ zarządzania. Teren, w obrębie którego planuje się realizację inwestycji należy do Gminy lub posiada ona na jej realizację stosowne pozwolenia. Gmina dysponuje niezbędną do wdrożenia projektu wiedzą oraz zapleczem organizacyjno-technicznym. Posiada również stosowne pozwolenia i decyzje administracyjne. Realizacja projektu wpisuje się w postanowienia dyrektywy 91/271/EWG z dnia 21 maja 1991 r. dotyczącej oczyszczania ścieków komunalnych oraz katalog inwestycji wskazany w Krajowym Programie Oczyszczania Sieków Komunalnych. Uwzględnienie Aglomeracji Dobrodzień w zapisach Master Planu zobowiązuje do wywiązania się z zawartych w nim wytycznych i określonych wartości docelowych w zakresie realizacji gospodarki ściekowej.
