Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa PSZOK wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą techniczną w miejscowości Otmuchów, przy ul. Nyskiej. Zakres projektu obejmuje: wykonanie prac budowlanych (utwardzenie terenu pod plac do składowania kontenerów, niwelacje terenu oraz wykonanie nawierzchni z kostki betonowej wraz z podbudową, wydzielenie utwardzonych miejsc postojowych w tym dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami, montaż budynku portierni w formie gotowego kontenera z punktem wagowym, budowa wiaty magazynowej przeznaczonej do ekspozycji mebli i urządzeń nadających się do ponownego użytkowania i składowania pod dachem zużytych opon, montaż wagi najazdowej wraz z instalacją elektryczną, budowa sieci wodociągowej wraz z przyłączem oraz hydrantu do zewnętrznego gaszenia pożarów, budowa sieci kanalizacji deszczowej wraz z przyłączem oraz odwodnieniem liniowym, budowa bezodpływowego zbiornika na nieczystości ciekłe wraz z odcinkiem kanalizacji sanitarnej, budowa wewnętrznej linii zasilającej WLZ, montaż oświetlenia zewnętrznego (latarni) wraz z linią kablową zasilającą, montaż monitoringu na terenie PSZOK, usytuowanie elementów wyposażenia placu tj. kontenerów oraz pojemników na odpady, montaż kontenerów na odpady niebezpieczne oraz elektroodpady wraz z fundamentem, montaż ogrodzenia panelowego oraz bram wjazdowych, budowa wjazdów na teren PSZOK do granicy działki, urządzenie zieleni o charakterze izolacyjnym w postaci szpalerów drzew wraz z nasadzeniem trawy wycinkę niewielkich drzew będących w kolizji z projektowanymi elementami PSZOK), nadzór inwestorski oraz promocję projektu. Utworzony PSZOK obsługiwać będzie wszystkich mieszkańców Gminy Otmuchów. Punkt przyjmować będzie 29 kodów odpadów a szacowana wartość masy zebranych odpadów w sposób selektywny wynosić będzie 311,791 Mg. Realizacja projektu zapewni kompleksową gospodarkę odpadami komunalnymi w Południowo-Zachodnim Regionie Województwa Opolskiego. (Polish)
