The implementation of the project consists of deep thermomodernisation of the building in accordance with the energy audit of the building. The project will result in: 1. Modernisation of the partition between the preparation plant and the boiler room, 2. Modernisation of the internal partition between the welding plant and the warehouses, 3. Modernisation of the external wall partition, 4 modernisation of the external roof partition, 5 modernisation of the partition – roof skylights, 6 boiler room, 7 gate replacement, 8 installation works. In addition, the project provides for modernisation of ventilation. Installation of mechanical ventilation with heat recovery by installing local recuperators equipped with a water heater-connected through a process pipeline to the heat pump. Production of exhaust ducts and insertion ducts for ventilation units. Przedmiotem realizacji projektu jest termomodernizacja hali produkcyjnej w Korzekwicach spółki Welwex. Realizacja projektu polega na głębokiej termomodernizacji budynku zgodnie z przeprowadzonym audytem energetycznym budynku. W wyniku realizacji projektu nastąpi: 1. Modernizacja przegrody wewnętrznej między przygotowalnią a kotłownią, 2. Modernizacja przegrody wewnętrznej między spawalnią a magazynami, 3. Modernizacja przegrody zewnętrznej ściany, 4 modernizacja przegrody zewnętrznej dach, 5 modernizacja przegrody - świetliki dachowe, 6 pomieszczenie kotłowni, 7 wymiana bramy , 8 roboty instalacyjne. Dodatkowo w projekcie przewidziana jest modernizacja wentylacji. Montaż wentylacji mechanicznej z odzyskiem ciepła poprzez wbudowanie lokalnych rekuperatorów wyposażonych w nagrzewnicę wodną-podłączonych poprzez rurociąg technologiczny do pompy ciepła. Wykonanie kanałów czerpnych i wrzutowych dla jednostek wentylacyjnych. Projekt dotyczy kompleksowej efektywności energetycznej i zawiera oszczędności energii cieplnej, elektrycznej oraz wykorzystania instalacji OZE. (Polish)
