The object of the project is the thermomodernisation of the restaurant building with the use of photovoltaic installations for the production of electricity for the Applicant’s own needs. According to the energy audit, on the basis of the assessment made as an optimal option for the thermal modernisation project in the building concerned, the option including improvements is assessed: modernisation of the CO production system, modernisation of the production system of hot water, warming of external walls with a layer of wool, warming of the reeds with a layer of wool,replacement of window joinery,replacement of door joinery. In accordance with the energy audit, the project envisages the use of photovoltaic installations for the production of electricity. Electricity from renewable energy sources will serve the current needs of the restaurant. At the end of the project, the applicant planned to carry out an ex-post energy audit, assessing the compliance of the state achieved as a result of the project’s implementation with the state set out in the ex ante energy audit annexed to the application for funding in question. The direct products of the project will be: Number of companies that have improved energy efficiency as a result of the support – 1 item; Number of energy-modified buildings – 1; Number of RES-generating units built – 1 unit; Number of RES heat generation units built – 1 unit; Usable area of buildings subjected to thermal modernisation – 484,39 m². Other mandatory indices not reported are equal to zero. (English)

    Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja budynku restauracji wraz z zastosowaniem instalacji fotowoltaicznej do produkcji energii elektrycznej na potrzeby własne przedsiębiorstwa Wnioskodawcy. Zgodnie z audytem energetycznym na podstawie dokonanej oceny jako optymalny wariant przedsięwzięcia termomodernizacyjnego w rozpatrywanym budynku ocenia się wariant obejmujący usprawnienia: modernizacje układu wytwarzania CO, modernizacje układu wytwarzania c.w.u., docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych warstwą wełny, docieplenie stropodachów warstwą wełny,wymianę stolarki okiennej,wymianę stolarki drzwiowej. W ramach projektu zgodnie z audytem energetycznym przewiduje się zastosowanie instalacji fotowoltaicznej do produkcji energii elektrycznej. Energia elektryczna z odnawialnych źródeł energii będzie służyła na bieżące potrzeby restauracji. Wnioskodawca zaplanował na zakończenie przedmiotowego projektu wykonanie audytu energetycznego ex post, stanowiącego ocenę zgodności stanu osiągniętego w wyniku realizacji projektu ze stanem przedstawiony w audycie energetycznym ex ante, stanowiącym załącznik do przedmiotowego wniosku o dofinansowanie. Bezpośrednimi produktami realizowanego projektu będą: Liczba przedsiębiorstw, które w wyniku wsparcia poprawiły efektywność energetyczną – 1 szt.; Liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków – 1 szt.; Liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z OZE – 1 szt.; Liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii cieplnej z OZE – 1 szt.; Powierzchnia użytkowa budynków poddanych termomodernizacji – 484,39 m2.
