The aim of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the Dębowe Wzgórze hotel building in Pokrzywna and to reduce operating costs by carrying out a deep energy modernisation of the building and using photovoltaic panels (PV) for the production of electricity, among others, for the power supply of heat pumps.According to the audit, based on the assessment made as the optimal variant of the thermomodod project in the project, the variant including usprawnienia:1.Modern installation of the hot water installation, which consists of wchodzą:jako air heat source from the car heat pump assisted in emergency and peak season with pellet boiler, water-saving batteries (non-contact battery with sensors/time) is assessed. 2.Moder. heating installation, i.e.: as an air source of heat pumps with automation assisted in emergency situations and peak season with pellet boiler, replacement of radiators for new steel plates with assembly of thermostatic heads, installation of energy management system in the building; 3.Monitoring of mechanical ventilation and ventilation services. through the ventilation unit with recuperation and cooling function. 4.Replacement of doors outside wood, with new ones with better insulation parameters. and tight.In accordance with the energet audit, the project provides for the use of a photovoltaic installation for the production of electr energy.Energy electr.z RES will serve to power heat pumps and other own needs of the hotel building.Application.planned at the end of the project to carry out an ex-post energy audit, which is an assessment of the conformity of the state achieved as a result of the project’s implementation with the state presented in the ex ante audit, constituting an annex to the application for dof. Celem realizacji projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności energety. budynku hotelu Dębowe Wzgórze w Pokrzywnej oraz obniżenie kosztów eksploatacji poprzez wykonanie głębokiej modernizacji energetycznej budynku i zastosowanie paneli fotowoltaicznych (PV) do produkcji energii elektrycznej m.in. na zasilanie pomp ciepła.Zgodnie z audytem na podstawie dokonanej oceny jako optymalny wariant przedsięwzięcia termomod. w rozpat. budynku ocenia się wariant obejmujący usprawnienia:1.Modern. instalacji c.w.u w skład której wchodzą:jako źródło ciepła powietrzna pompa ciepła z aut. wspomaganą w syt. awaryjnych i sezonie szczytowym kotłem na pellet,baterie wodooszczędne(baterie bezdotykowe z czujnikami/z ograni. czasem pracy wyposażone w perlatory); 2.Moder. instalacji ogrzewania, tj.: jako źródło ciepła powietrzne pompy ciepła z automatyką wspomagane w sytuacjach awaryjnych i sezonie szczytowym kotłem na pellet, wymianę grzejników na nowe stalowe płytowe wraz z montażem głowic termostatycznych, montaż systemu zarządzania energią w budynku; 3.Montaż wentylacji mechanicznej nawiewno-wywiewnej obsług. poprzez centralę wentylacyjną z rekuperacją oraz funkcją chłodzenia. 4.Wymiana drzwi zewnęt. drewn, na nowe o lepszych parametrach izolacyj. i szczel.W ramach projektu zgodnie z audytem energet.przewiduje się zastosowanie instalacji fotowoltaicznej do produkcji energii elektr.Energia elekttr.z OZE będzie służyła na zasilanie pomp ciepła i inne potrzeby własne budynku hotelu.Wniosk.zaplanował na zakończenie projektu wykonanie audytu energet. ex post,stanowiącego ocenę zgodności stanu osiągniętego w wyniku realizacji projektu ze stanem przedstawionym w audycie ex ante,stanowiącym zał. do wniosku o dof. Bezpośr. produktami projektu będą:Liczba przedsięb,które w wyniku wsparcia poprawiły efektywność energet.– 1 szt.; Liczba zmodernizowanych energet. budynków– 1 szt;Liczba wybudow.jednostek wytwa.energii el.z OZE - 1szt;Powierzchnia użytkowa budynków poddanych modernizacji – 1249,55 m2 (Polish)
