The object covered by the project is full of public utility functions, located in it is the District Labour Office in Namysłów, Tax Office in Namysłów, Ksero Point. The tax office during the period of implementation of the project, according to the information in the applicant’s possession, will change its registered office and in its place the district unit – the District Family Assistance Centre will be transferred to the facility. The activities planned in the framework of the deep, comprehensive thermomodernisation of the facility are: 1. Modernisation of the central heating system (heating system); 2. Warming of the ceiling of the basement; 3. Warming – external wall; 4. Replacement of 0.9 windows with aisle. Automatic; 5. Warming of the edifice; 6. Replacing doors with new 1,3; 7. Warming of the floor on the ground; 8. Warming of the walls of the staircase; 9. Energy Management System; 10. Modernisation of lighting; 11. Application of PV panels; 12. Green wall; The project will also cover the costs of investor supervision, preparation of the Investment Feasibility Study and Energy Audit, implementation documentation and project promotion. Indirect costs included expenditure related to the employment (civil-law contracts) of persons to the team managing the implementation of the project. Project products: 1 building with a usable area of 1457 m² (the eligible project is 1452.26 m²) will be refurbished and 1 RES electricity generation unit (additional eclectic power generation capacity 0.01 MWe) will be built. Projekt realizowany będzie w Namysłowie (województwo opolskie, powiat namysłowski, gmina Namysłów), dotyczy budynku należącego do Powiatu Namysłowskiego, zlokalizowanego przy Placu Wolności 1, 46-100 Namysłów na działce nr 1053/12. Obiekt objęty projektem pełni punkcje użyteczności publicznej, zlokalizowany w nim jest Powiatowy Urząd Pracy w Namysłowie, Urząd Skarbowy w Namysłowie, Punkt Ksero. Urząd skarbowy w okresie realizacji projektu, zgodnie z informacjami posiadanymi przez wnioskodawcę zmieni swoją siedzibę a w jego miejsce do obiektu przeniesiona zostanie jednostka Powiatu –Powiatowe Centrum Pomocy Rodzinie. Działania planowane w ramach głębokiej, kompleksowej termomodernizacji obiektu to: 1. Modernizacja systemu c.o. (system grzewczy); 2. Docieplenie stropu piwnic; 3. Docieplenie - ściana zewnętrzna; 4. Wymiana okien 0,9 z naw. Automatycznymi; 5. Docieplenie stropodachu; 6. Wymiana drzwi na nowe 1,3; 7. Docieplenie podłogi na gruncie ; 8. Docieplenie ścian klatki schodowej; 9. System Zarządzania Energią; 10. Modernizacja oświetlenia; 11. Zastosowanie paneli PV; 12. Zielona ściana; W ramach projektu poniesione zostaną również koszty nadzoru inwestorskiego, przygotowania Studium Wykonalności Inwestycji i Audytu energetycznego, dokumentacji wykonawczej oraz promocji projektu. Wśród kosztów pośrednich znalazły się wydatki związane z zatrudnieniem (umowy cywilnoprawne) osób do zespołu zarządzającego realizacją przedmiotowego przedsięwzięcia. Produkty projektu: Zmodernizowany energetycznie zostanie 1 budynek o powierzchni użytkowej 1 457 m2 (pow. kwalifikowana projektu wynosi 1 452,26 m2), wybudowana zostanie 1 jednostka wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z OZE (dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii eklektycznej 0,01 MWe).
