The subject of the project is the development of information and communication technologies at INSTAL-KA Spółka z Olimited Liability Spółka Komandytowa through: the use of ICT in business-to-business cooperation based on modern ICT solutions (B2B); internal computerisation of the enterprise using the latest technological and organizational developments for the introduction of modernisation processes supporting the day-to-day operations of companies (B2E). As part of the project, the applicant intends to expand the current software with new functionalities, thus creating a comprehensive ERP system equipped with an artificial intelligence module. The project will be implemented in the period 01.04.2020-31.03.2021. The actions planned in the project will focus on the implementation of plans for ICT support in the enterprise and will contribute to the development of smart regional specialisation, as defined in the Opolskie Regional Innovation Strategy until 2020. The project covers 12 tasks and implements TYPE I and II of the project: AWW. 1. Payroll module; AWW. 2. Financial and accounting module; AWW. 3. A module for registering fixed assets and low-priced items of long-term use; AWW. 4. WMS module – barcode storage management system; AWW. 5. Business Alarms Module; AWW. 6. Sales and purchasing planning module; AWW. 7. Electronic invoices module; AWW. 8. ESignature module – advanced server electronic signature; AWW. 9. EDI module – electronic exchange of documents; AWW. 10. Investment Orders Module; AWW. 11. Management and sales module for B2B business; AWW. 12. Purchase of computer equipment. The direct effects of the investment will be the use of information and communication technologies by the Applicant’s company and the involvement of own resources in the implementation of the project. Przedmiotem projektu jest rozwój technologii informacyjnych i komunikacyjnych w firmie INSTAL-KA Spółka z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością Spółka Komandytowa poprzez: wykorzystanie TIK w ramach współpracy między przedsiębiorstwami w oparciu o nowoczesne rozwiązania teleinformatyczne (B2B); informatyzację wewnętrzną przedsiębiorstwa z wykorzystaniem najnowszych osiągnięć technologicznych i organizacyjnych dla wprowadzenia procesów modernizacyjnych wspomagających bieżącą działalność firm (B2E). W ramach projektu wnioskodawca zamierza rozbudować obecnie stosowane oprogramowanie o nowe funkcjonalności tworząc w ten sposób kompleksowy system ERP wyposażony dodatkowo w moduł sztucznej inteligencji. Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie 01.04.2020 - 31.03.2021. Zaplanowane w projekcie działania ukierunkowane będą na realizację planów dotyczących wsparcia TIK w przedsiębiorstwie i wpłyną na rozwój inteligentnej specjalizacji regionalnej, określonej w Regionalnej Strategii Innowacji Województwa Opolskiego do roku 2020. Projekt obejmuje 12 zadań i realizuje TYP I i II projektu: Zad. 1. Moduł Kadrowo-Płacowy; Zad. 2. Moduł finansowo-księgowy; Zad. 3. Moduł ewidencji środków trwałych oraz przedmiotów niskocennych długotrwałego użytkowania; Zad. 4. Moduł WMS – system zarządzania magazynem za pomocą kodów kreskowych; Zad. 5. Moduł Alarmów Biznesowych; Zad. 6. Moduł planowania sprzedaży i zakupów; Zad. 7. Moduł elektronicznych faktur; Zad. 8. Moduł ePodpis – zaawansowany serwerowy podpis elektroniczny; Zad. 9. Moduł EDI – elektroniczna wymiana dokumentów; Zad. 10. Moduł Zlecenia Inwestycyjne; Zad. 11. Moduł zarządzania i sprzedaży dla biznesu B2B; Zad. 12. Zakup sprzętu komputerowego. Efektami bezpośrednimi realizacji inwestycji będzie wykorzystanie technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych przez przedsiębiorstwo Wnioskodawcy oraz zaangażowanie środków własnych w realizację projektu. Realizacja projektu odpowiada na zidentyfikowane potrzeby wnioskodawcy. (Polish)
