Celem projektu jest zwiększenie szans na rynku pracy uczniów i uczennic szkół zawodowych z terenu Województwa Małopolskiego w tym szczególnie Powiatu Wielickiego poprzez poprzez lepsze dostosowanie systemów kształcenia i szkolenia do potrzeb rynku pracy, zaangażowanie przedsiębiorców w proces kształcenia zawodowego oraz organizację staży dla 320 u, podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych nauczycieli w zakresie TIK, dostosowanie wyposażenia PCKZIU w Wieliczce oraz CKZIU w Niepołomicach do standardów rynkowych, organizację doradztwa zawodowego i zajęć przygotowawczych do matury oraz systemu wspierania uczniów zdolnych, a także oraz przygotowanie kursów i szkoleń dla 1000 uczniów i uczennic w ramach Centrum Kompetencji Zawodowej, spośród których 520 uu uzyska kwalifikacje w ramach pozaszkolnych form kształcenia w okresie od 1.06.2019 do 30.09.2023Cel będzie realizowany za pomocą organizacji kursów dla PCKZIU i CKZIU, zakupu wyposażenia dla obu szkół, realizacji szkoleń rad pedagogicznych, organizacji zajęć przygotowawczych do matury, zajęć doradztwa zawodowego oraz organizacji systemu wsparcia dla uu programu stypendialnego.
