The aim of the project is to develop the key competences of 508 students of the RabkaZdrój Commune through the implementation of extracurricular activities, retrofitting the school studios and increasing the competences of 50 school teachers through their participation in postgraduate studies and training courses improving professional and social qualifications, within 33 months of the project’s implementation in schools for which the RabkiZdrój self-government is the leading body. The project implemented from 1.1.2020 to 30.09.2022 provides for 476 classes in 7 local schools in RabkaZ Commune as part of the following tasks: Developing in pupils and students of schools and institutions key competences and universal skills required on the labour market 180 classes and Support of students with special educational needs and development. excluding students who are capable, including the development of social competences. 296 classes with retrofitting of parts of classes. The planned activities are based on individually diagnosed needs of individual institutions and will be conducted taking into account individual development and educational needs and psychophysical capabilities of the supported students. A separate task will be to support the development of teachers’ competences and professional skills by providing them with the opportunity to participate in post-graduate training and studies. Celem projektu jest rozwój kompetencji kluczowych 508 uczniów szkół Gminy RabkaZdrój poprzez realizację zajęć pozalekcyjnych, doposażenie pracowni szkolnych oraz wzrost kompetencji 50 nauczycieli szkół poprzez ich udział w studiach podyplomowych i szkoleniach podnoszących kwalifikacje zawodowe i społeczne, w okresie 33 miesięcy realizacji projektu w szkołach, dla których organem prowadzącym jest samorząd RabkiZdroju. Projekt wdrażany od 1.1.2020 do 30.09.2022 r. zakłada realizację 476 zajęć w 7 szkołach samorządowych w Gminie RabkaZ. w ramach zadania: Rozwijanie u uczniów i słuchaczy szkół i placówek kompetencji kluczowych i umiejętności uniwers. niezbędnych na rynku pracy 180 zajęć oraz Wsparcie uczniów ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi i rozwój. z wyłączeniem uczniów zdolnych, w tym w zakresie rozwoju kompetencji społ.emocjon. 296 zajęć wraz z doposażeniem części klas. Planowane działania oparte są na indywidualnie zdiagnozowanym zapotrzebowaniu poszczególnych placówek i będą prowadzane z uwzględnieniem indywidualnych potrzeb rozwojowych i edukacyjnych oraz możliwości psychofizycznych uczniów objętych wsparciem.Odrębnym zadaniem będzie wspieranie rozwoju kompetencji i umiejętności zawodowych nauczycieli poprzez zapewnienie im możliwości udziału w szkoleniach i studiach podyplomowych.
