The main objective of the project is to increase the level of comp. matem.natural, language, digital and a.universal. in a total of 468 students (U)/239K Primary School No. 2 (SP2) and Primary School No. 3(SP3) in August, including 82U/42K support with special needs in August until 30.06.2021 by covering them with additional courses to their needs from IX 2019 to VI 2021 and Teachers (N)54/6M working in SP2 and SP3 in Sierpec by covering them with trainings improving their competences. The subject of the project are activities of equalising education gaps and developing skills, interests as well as pre-educating attitudes of creativity, innovation, teamwork and key competences necessary in the labour market. The target group (GD) complies with the provisions of the RPOWM 2014-2020 and the SZOOP. All planned activities in the project will be carried out taking into account the individual development and educational needs and psychophysical possibilities of the supported U. Projekt będzie realizowany w woj.maz.przez 23 m-ce(20 m-cy zajęć) na obszarze miejskim w Sierpcu. KD1. Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost poziomu komp. matem.przyrodniczych, językowych,cyfrowych i umiej.uniwers. u łącznie 468 uczniów (U)/ 239K Szkoły Podstawowej nr 2 (SP2) i Szkoły Podstawowej nr 3(SP3) w Sierpcu, w tym wsparcie 82U/42K o specjalnych potrzebach w Sierpcu do 30.06.2021 poprzez objęcie ich ofertą zajęć dodatk. dost.do ich potrzeb od IX 2019 do VI 2021 oraz Nauczycieli (N)54/6M pracujących w SP2 i SP3 w Sierpcu poprzez objęcie ich szkoleniami podnoszącymi ich kompetencje . Przedmiotem projektu są działania wyrów. braki eduk. i rozwijające zdolności, zainteresowania a także przeds. kształcące postawy kreatywności, innowacyjności, pracy zespołowej oraz kompetencje kluczowe niezbędne na rynku pracy. Gr. docelowa (GD) zgodna jest z zapisami RPOWM 2014-2020 oraz SZOOP.
