Głównym celem projektu jest aktywizacja społecznozawodowa 32 osób niepełnosprawnych K:19, M:13 zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym z obszaru Subregionu Sądeckiego będących uczestnikami Warsztatu Terapii Zajęciowej w Gostwicy, poprzez wzmocnienie ich szans na rynku pracy dzięki kompleksowemu, zindywidualizowanemu wsparciu dostosowanemu do potrzeb i oczekiwań poszczególnych osób w okresie od 2020 do 2022 r.W ramach projektu po przeprowadzeniu analizy potrzeb i potencjału przez doradcę zawodowego i psychologa każdemu uczestnikowi zostanie wyznaczona indywidualna ścieżka rozwoju min. 3 formy wsparcia.Działania:Identyfikacja indywidualnych potrzeb oraz potencjałów.Usł. aktywnej integracji:Poradnictwo psych.
