Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w powiecie tatrzańskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez uczestników projektu na poziomie:a osób powyżej 50 r.ż., osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, osób z niepełnosprawnościami, kobiet na poziomie co najmniej 44,3 ,b bezrobotnych mężczyzn w wieku 3049 lat, którzy nie zostali zakwalifikowani do żadnej z ww. grup na poziomie co najmniej 60,4 . Grupa ta stanowić będzie nie więcej niż 20 ogółu bezrobotnych objętych wsparciem w projekcie.W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby w wieku 30 lat i więcej zarejestrowane w powiatowych urzędach pracy PUP, należące do co najmniej jednej z poniższych grup: osoby powyżej 50 roku życia, długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, kobiety, bezrobotni mężczyźni w wieku 3049 lat, niezakwalifikowani do żadnej z ww. grup. Realizowany projekt ujmuje element indywidualnej diagnozy potrzeb osób bezrobotnych oraz charakteryzuje się kompleksowością i jak największą skutecznością wsparcia. (Polish)
