OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: Increase in social and occupational activism 72 persons (44K,28M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion, including those with disabilities from areas (in municipalities) below the threshold of disadvantage in Mazowieckie voivodship by 10.2021 DOCELOWA GROUP: 72 people (44K,28M) after 18 years at risk of poverty or social exclusion, including those with disabilities from areas (in municipalities) below the threshold of disadvantage in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship (learning, working, living in the territory of these municipalities according to the CC). Only persons experiencing multiple exclusions or persons with a severe or moderate degree of disability will be admitted to the proj. The preferred ones for support under the project are those who benefit from the PAP, and the scope of support for these persons or families will not duplicate the activities that the person or family has received or receives from the PAP under the accompanying measures referred to in the OP.
