Projekt dotyczy wymiany źródeł ciepła na kotły gazowe w sześciu komunalnych budynkach mieszkalnych w Piastowe. Inwestycja obejmuje adresy: ul. Mickiewicza 20; ul. Lwowska 16; ul. Lwowska 18; ul. Siemiradzkiego 18; ul. Powstańców Warszawy 9; ul. Poniatowskiego 9. Budynki zamieszkuje obecnie 99 osób. Obecnie lokale mieszkalne ogrzewane są za pomocą pieców fizycznych, wspomaganych przez urządzenia elektryczne (grzejniki). Podobnie przygotowywana jest ciepła woda użytkowa. Zadanie będzie realizowane w formule zaprojektuj i wybuduj. W związku z brakiem instalacji gazowej w budynkach oprócz montażu samych urządzeń grzewczych niezbędne będzie także wykonanie przyłączy gazowych oraz instalacji gazowej wewnątrz budynków. (Polish)
