Phenix Sp. z o. o. is one of the leading Polish manufacturers of car seats. The aim of the project is to launch the production of new child seats using the results of research work. The project involves diversifying the production of the Applicant’s company by introducing a child car seat with a completely new design and better characteristics. At a time of widespread efforts to improve the environmental and economic aspects of production processes, new materials are used which improve environmental indicators while increasing the competitiveness of the product. The proposed solution provides for the use of a new material with different properties for the supporting structure of the seat. As a result of the project, a product innovation – a new type of car seat – will be implemented. The use of new materials and newer constructions forced changes in the production process and the introduction of an innovative production technology, which will result in a fundamental change in both the production and technical parameters of the product. This will allow for more precise and less time-consuming material processing, and the entire production process will be much more automated. The project will be located in the Applicant’s existing production facility and includes the installation of purchased machinery in an existing building. The customers of the products are customers who purchase large batches of products, such as retail chains and wholesalers. The target group for which the product is directed are children transported in car seats. The aim of the project is to implement the results of research work on a new material for use in the manufacture of a car child seat and therefore a completely new design of the car seat. Firma Phenix Sp. z o. o. to jeden z wiodących polskich producentów fotelików samochodowych. Przedmiotem projektu jest uruchomienie produkcji nowych fotelików dziecięcych przy wykorzystaniu wyników prac badawczych. Projekt zakłada dywersyfikację produkcji przedsiębiorstwa Wnioskodawcy poprzez wprowadzenie do niej samochodowego fotelika dziecięcego o zupełnie nowej konstrukcji i lepszych właściwościach. W dobie powszechnego dążenia do poprawy aspektów ekologicznych i ekonomicznych procesów produkcyjnych stosuje się nowe materiały które poprawiają wskaźniki ekologiczne przy zwiększeniu konkurencyjności wyrobu. Proponowane rozwiązanie przewiduje wykorzystanie do konstrukcji nośnej fotelika nowego tworzywa o innych niż dotychczas właściwościach. W wyniku realizacji projektu wdrożona zostanie innowacja produktowa - nowy rodzaj fotelika. Zastosowanie nowych materiałów i nowszej konstrukcji wymusiło zmiany w procesie produkcyjnym i wprowadzenie innowacyjnej technologii produkcji , co spowoduje zasadniczą zmianę zarówno w wytwarzaniu jak i parametrach technicznych tego produktu. Pozwoli to na bardziej precyzyjną oraz mniej czasochłonną obróbkę materiałów, a cały proces produkcji zostanie znacznie bardziej zautomatyzowany. Projekt zostanie zlokalizowany w dotychczasowym zakładzie produkcyjnym Wnioskodawcy i obejmuje zamontowanie zakupionych maszyn w istniejącym już budynku. Odbiorcami produktów są klienci nabywający duże partie produktów, takie jak sieci handlowe i hurtownie. Grupę docelową, dla której skierowany jest produkt stanowią dzieci przewożone w fotelikach samochodowych. Celem projektu jest wdrożenie wyników prac badawczych nad nowym materiałem do zastosowania w produkcji samochodowego fotelika dziecięcego i w związku z tym zupełnie nową konstrukcję fotelika. Jednym z efektów będzie przeskok technologiczny w dziedzinie bezpieczeństwa przewożenia dzieci w fotelikach samochodowych. (Polish)
