The project will be implemented in the area of Płońsk in Żukowo. The applicant is based in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship (town of Żukowo, Plot County, Mazowieckie Voivodeship). The main objective of the project is to introduce two improved products to the domestic and foreign markets: scaffolding platforms and scaffolding frameworks using process innovation. This project consists of implementing the results of R & D work introducing 2 improved products on the domestic and foreign market: scaffolding platforms and scaffolding frames. The improvement of scaffolding platforms will consist of the introduction of welded, ergonomic inserts to strengthen the structure of the element. The improvement of the scaffolding frames will consist of the introduction of additional elements, the second rack will be fitted with security fixtures in the form of scaffold guardrails. The project involves the implementation of the results of the R & D work commissioned by the Applicant. Evidence is the report, which is annexed to the application for funding. The scope of the project includes the purchase of fixed assets: line for perforation and profiling of details; robotic workstation for welding steel scaffolding elements, CO2 laser cutter. Projekt realizowany będzie w pow. płońskim w miejscowości Żukowo. Wnioskodawca posiada siedzibę na terenie województwa mazowieckiego (miejscowość Żukowo, powiat płoński, województwo mazowieckie). Celem głównym projektu wprowadzenie na rynek krajowy i zagraniczny dwóch ulepszonych produktów: podesty rusztowaniowe oraz ramy rusztowaniowe przy zastosowaniu innowacji procesowej. Przedmiotowy projekt polega na wdrożeniu wyników prac B+R wprowadzających na rynek krajowy i zagraniczny 2 ulepszone produkty: podesty rusztowaniowe oraz ramy rusztowaniowe. Udoskonalenie podestów rusztowaniowych polegało będzie na wprowadzenie wspawywanych, ergonomicznych wkładek wzmacniających konstrukcję elementu. Udoskonalenie ram rusztowaniowych polegać będzie na wprowadzeniu dodatkowych elementów, na drugim stojaku wykonane zostanie mocowanie zabezpieczeń w postaci poręczy rusztowaniowych. Projekt zakłada wdrożenie wyników prac B+R zleconych przez Wnioskodawcę, Dowodem jest raport, który stanowi załącznik do przedmiotowego wniosku o dofinansowanie. Zakres projektu obejmuje zakup środków trwałych: linia do perforacji i profilowania detali; stanowisko zrobotyzowane do spawania stalowych elementów rusztowaniowych, wycinarka Laserowa CO2. Grupa docelowa: Firmy z branży budowlanej. Żukowo spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością posiada paru stałych odbiorców min.
