The project will implement an e-service portal integrated with field systems, public consultation and citizens’ budget systems, automation of the dispatch of tax decisions, notification system for residents, GIS systems, equipment necessary to achieve the project’s objectives will be purchased and training for municipal staff will be carried out. DIRECT OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: Increase the quality and accessibility of e-administrative services and improve access to cultural resources relevant to residents, entrepreneurs and employees of JST in the municipality of Sobolew in Mazowieckie voivodship. Monitoring the process of their provision through the implementation of the measures planned in the material and financial schedule in the period I 2020 – XII 2020. TARGET GROUP: End users of the system and e-services – residents, taxpayers, entrepreneurs and employees of the municipal office. (English)

    Projekt będzie miał na celu zinformatyzowanie dostępu do informacji publicznej oraz udostępnieniu jak najszerszego zakresu usług publicznych świadczonych elektronicznie, umożliwiających pełną interakcję z urzędem, czyli możliwość całkowitego załatwienia danej sprawy na odległość. Ponadto w wyniku jego realizacji zostaną rozbudowane już istniejące systemy - zwłaszcza ich funkcjonalność, co przyczyni się w dużym stopniu do interoperacyjności publicznych systemów teleinformatycznych. W ramach projektu wdrożony zostanie portal e-usługowy zintegrowany z systemami dziedzinowymi, systemy konsultacji społecznych oraz budżetu obywatelskiego, automatyzacja wysyłki decyzji podatkowych, system powiadamiania mieszkańców, systemy GIS, zakupiony zostanie sprzęt niezbędny do realizacji celów projektu oraz przeprowadzone zostaną szkolenia dla pracowników gminy. CEL BEZPOŚREDNI PROJEKTU: Wzrost jakości i dostępności e-usług administracyjnych oraz poprawa dostępności do zasobów kultury istotnych dla mieszkańców, przedsiębiorców i pracowników JST w gminie Sobolew w woj. mazowieckim. Monitorowanie procesu ich świadczenia poprzez realizację zaplanowanych w harmonogramie rzeczowo-finansowym działań w okresie I 2020 – XII 2020.
