The scope of the task also includes the installation of boxes with reactive power compensation devices (13 compensation systems) and the structural, assembly and connection elements necessary for the operation of the newly established infrastructure in the power grid and in the intelligent control system; the scope includes 13 localities – according to the applicable LPR includes degraded sub-areas: Ulan-Majorat, Sobole, Stok, Rozwadów, Domaszewnica, including primarily isolated areas, i.e. in the first place to revitalise: Sobole and Stok. Objective: Improving the quality of life in the Ulan-Majorat commune through the implementation of low-carbon economy solutions. from: 1. Improving air quality by reducing emissions of pollutants that are particularly harmful to the quality of life – by 75.23 %, for CO2 – the reduction will be: from 175,964 Mg/year to 43,578 Mg/year, i.e. 132.38 Mg/year, 2. Rationalisation of final energy consumption and the burden on the local government sector by 75.23 %; there will be a reduction in the power of installed light sources from 54.50 kW (sodium technology) to 13.5 kW with a variable power profile in LED/SOLAR technology, resulting in a reduction in energy consumption from 226,175 MWh to 56,013 MWh (a reduction of ca. 170.162 MWh). The estimated savings of lighting maintenance are estimated at: over PLN 133 thousand. 3. Increase the comfort of living by supplementing the missing lighting infra. Grupa docelowa: JST, mieszkańcy gminy Ulan-Majorat, przyjezdni, podróżujący i użytkownicy dróg publ.; Zadania w kosztach kwalifikowalnych- budowa linii i punktów oświetlenia - 256 szt. wraz z intelig. syst. sterowania oświetleniem, Studium Wykonalności, nadzór inwestorski, Promocja, Zarządzanie, Koszty niekwalifikowalne: podatek VAT.
