Przedmiotem projektu jest : 1. Modernizacja oświetlenia na terenie gminy Sosnówka - (Celem modernizacji oświetlenia ulicznego jest wymiana opraw oświetleniowych 191 szt na terenie Gminy Sosnówka. Wymiana istniejących wyeksploatowanych opraw sodowych i rtęciowych ,na oprawy typu LED o całkowitym poborze mocy: 54W ilość do wymiany 88 kpl.,75W ilość do wymiany 103 kpl. z 5-krotną regulacją mocy oprawy, dobranych na podstawie audytu energetycznego modernizacji oświetlenia ulicznego, Zainstalowanie oprogramowania zarządzającego sterowaniem oświetlenia oraz zapewnienie utrzymania transmisji przesyłanych danych z 23 sterowników zainstalowanych w szafkach oświetlenia ulicznego ),2. Modernizacja i budowa oświetlenia na terenie gminy Jabłoń - Cel modernizacji oświetlenia ulicznego jest wymiana opraw oświetleniowych 159 szt na terenie Gminy Jabłoń, Wymiana istniejących wyeksploatowanych opraw sodowych i rtęciowych o mocy 150W,na oprawy typu LED o całkowitym poborze mocy: 54W ilość do wymiany 159 kpl. z 5-krotną regulacją mocy oprawy, dobranych na podstawie audytu energetycznego modernizacji oświetlenia ulicznego, Zainstalowanie oprogramowania zarządzającego sterowaniem oświetlenia oraz zapewnienie utrzymania transmisji przesyłanych danych z 3 sterowników zainstalowanych w szafkach oświetlenia ulicznego) , 3. Budowa oświetlenia na stadionie w miejscowości Jabłoń - obszar rewitalizowany (Oświetlenie boiska z 4 masztów oświetleniowych LED), 4. Budowa oświetlenia 15 szt w miejscowości Kolano-Kolonia gmina Jabłoń (Budowa linii kablowych wydzielonego oświetlenia drogowego wraz słupami oświetlenia i szafką sterowania).Zakres projektu wynika z aktualnych PGN przyjętych Uchwałą Rady Gmin Sosnówka i Jabłoń. Liczba energooszczędnych punktów świetlnych - 369 szt. Redukcja emisji CO2- 25,64 Mg/rok ( Gmina Sosnówka), 19,16 Mg/rok (Gmina Jabłoń). Łącznie - 44,80 Mg CO2/rok. (Polish)
