Obiekt położony w Sitańcu 127 d koło Zamościa przeznaczony jest na działalność biurowo - warsztatową. Budynek parterowy, niepodpiwniczony podpiwniczony, o konstrukcji murowanej tradycyjnej, pokryty dachem dwuspadowym. Okna PCV, dziwi z PCV i bramy drewniano-metalowe. Obecne przegrody nie zapewniają odpowiedniej ochrony cieplnej budynku. Obiekt ogrzewany jest za pomocą instalacji c.o. zasilanej z kotła elektrycznego umiejscowionego w budynku ( część biurowa ), pieca na paliwo stałe ( część warsztatowa ). C.w.u. realizowana jest za pomocą elektrycznych podgrzewaczy przepływowych. Obiekt wyposażony jest w instalacje: wentylacji grawitacyjnej, c.o.., elektryczną, wodno-kanalizacyjną i deszczową. Instalację oświetlenia oparto na świetlówkach indukcyjnych i oprawach żarowych.
