A comprehensive energy modernisation of the company’s building is planned on the basis of an audit by carrying out actions: modernisation of lighting by replacing the light source and replacing luminaires, warming up the roof, replacing the entrance doors, rebuilding the air-conditioning system, i.e. switching to an inverter system and installing a photovoltaic installation on the facility (production of electricity for own needs of the facility). The project assumes the assumptions of heat and cooling settlement devices, the use of e.e. meters. All activities are in line with the scope of the energy audit and will lead to a decrease in final energy consumption delivered to the building by 750.14 GJ/year (26.29 %), a decrease in electricity demand by 204,96 MWh/year (50.75 % amount of saved ee) when producing electricity from the new RES installation in the amount of 9.73 MWh and saving heat energy by 12.3 GJ/year (0.01 % amount of saved ec). The audit activities will have an ecological effect of reducing CO2 emissions into the atmosphere by 162111.86 kg/year (estimated annual reduction in greenhouse gas emissions). Annual savings in total energy costs in the project PLN 119146.00. The project has a positive impact on the environment and is part of the climate objective “20/20/20”. The effect of the project will be to increase the level of energy security of the region. The project will make a real contribution to improving the quality of life of the local population, including by reducing emissions of gases and dusts into the atmosphere.     Celem projektu jest osiągnięcie wyższej efektywności energetycznej przedsiębiorstwa poprzez realizację zadań w kilku dziedzinach m. in. (klimatyzacja, oświetlenie, instalacja OZE, docieplenie dachu, wymiana drzwi). Projekt wpisuje się w cele wysokiej efektywności energetycznej przedsiębiorstw. Planuje się kompleksową modernizację energetyczną budynku przedsiębiorstwa na podstawie audytu przez przeprowadzenie działań: modernizacja oświetlenia poprzez wymianę źródła światła i wymianę opraw oświetleniowych, docieplenie stropodachu, wymiana drzwi wejściowych, przebudowa systemu klimatyzacji tj. zamiana na system inwerterowy oraz montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej na obiekcie (produkcja energii elektrycznej na własne potrzeby obiektu). W projekcie zakłada się założenia urządzeń do rozliczania ciepła i chłodu, zastosowanie liczników e.e. Wszystkie działania są zgodne z zakresem audytu energetycznego i doprowadzą do spadku zużycia energii końcowej dostarczanej do budynku o 750,14 GJ/rok (26,29%), spadku zapotrzebowania na energię elektryczną o 204,96 MWh/rok (50,75% ilość zaoszczędzonej ee) przy produkcji energii elektrycznej z nowej instalacji OZE w ilości 9,73 MWh oraz do zaoszczędzenia energii cieplnej o 12,3 GJ/rok (0,01% ilość zaoszczędzonej ec). Działania wynikające z audytu wywołają efekt ekologiczny w postaci zmniejszenia emisji CO2 do atmosfery o 162111,86 kg/rok (szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych). Roczna oszczędność kosztów energii ogółem w projekcie 119146,00 zł. Projekt ma pozytywny wpływ na środowisko naturalne i jest elementem realizacji celu klimatycznego "20/20/20". Efektem realizacji projektu będzie zwiększenie poziomu bezpieczeństwa energetycznego regionu. Projekt realnie przyczyni się do polepszenia jakości życia ludności lokalnej m.in. w wyniku redukcji emisji gazów i pyłów do atmosfery.
