The aim of the project (P) is to increase the use of energy from RES, to reduce the amount of greenhouse gases and to diversify energy sources together with the improvement of energy security, which is directly included in the list of corrective actions included in the “Air Quality Programme for the Lublin zone due to exceedances of the limit value of PM10 particulate matter including PM2.5”, i.e. the operation of the WLASS OF INDIVIDUAL TREATMENT EMISSION IN LUBLE STEFES and the operation of WLsLuWEG SUPPORT OF ENERGY Effectiveness of GMIN. As part of P, PV installations will be installed: 66 sets of 2,1 kW (including 4 on non-resident buildings, 1 on the ground), 20 pcs 2.4 kW (including 2 per b non-resident), 39 pcs. 3 kW (including 1 on land 3 per b non-mixture), 32 pcs. 3.6 kW (including 2 on land 3 per b non-mixture), 47 pcs. 3,9 kW (including 2 per b non-mixture); solar collector sets: 10 sets of 2.6 kW, 123 with a power of 3.9 kW on bellows buildings; biomass boilers 1 with a power of 10 kW, 2 with a power of 15 kW, 15 with a power of 20 kW in bellows buildings. The final beneficiaries are residents of the municipality, produced energy used for housing purposes. A website promoting RES-the portal will be set up to implement and promote clean energy solutions, services and products. As part of the project, the ICT System and the online form – description in the specifications – will also be made. Indicators: Additional capacity to generate en. from RES 1,448 MW, Additional production capacity of thermal en. from RES 0.8457MWt, Additional capacity of electricity generation from RES 0.6021 MWe, Production of thermal en. from RES 766,6131 MWht/year, Prod. En. electric with RES 602,1 MWhe/year, Estimated decrease in greenhouse gas emissions 738.29 CO2/year, Number of units constructed EN. Thermal RES 151 pcs, Number of electrical units built with RES 204 pcs. Investments in buildings, buildings and areas not subject to the supervision and protection of the monuments conservator. Celem projektu (P) jest zwiększenie wykorzystania energii pochodzącej z OZE, zmniejszenie ilości gazów cieplarnianych oraz dywersyfikacja źródeł energii wraz z poprawą bezpieczeństwa energetycznego, co bezpośrednio wpisuje się w wykaz działań naprawczych ujętych w "Programie ochrony powietrza dla strefy lubelskiej ze względu na przekroczenie poziomu dopuszczalnego pyłu zawieszonego PM10 z uwzględnieniem pyłu PM2,5" tj. działanie WLsLuZSO OBNIŻENIE EMISJI Z OGRZEWANIA INDYWIDUALNEGO W GMINACH STREFY LUBELSKIEJ oraz działanie WLsLuWEG WZROST EFEKTYWNOŚCI ENERGETYCZNEJ GMIN. W ramach P zostaną zamontowane instalacje PV: 66 zestawy 2,1 kW (w tym 4 na budynkach niemieszk, 1 na gruncie), 20 szt 2,4 kW (w tym 2 na b niemieszk), 39 szt. 3 kW (w tym 1 na gruncie 3 na b niemieszk), 32 szt. 3,6 kW (w tym 2 na gruncie 3 na b niemieszk), 47 szt. 3,9 kW (w tym 2 na b niemieszk); zestawy kolektorów słonecznych: 10 zestawów 2,6 kW, 123 o mocy 3,9 kW na budynkach mieszk.; kotły na biomasą 1 szt. o mocy 10 kW, 2 o mocy 15 kW, 15 o mocy 20 kW w budynkach mieszk. Beneficjentami ostatecznymi są mieszkańcy gminy, wytworzona energia wykorzystywana na cele mieszkaniowe. Zostanie utworzona strona internetowa promująca OZE-portal ten będzie wdrażał i promował rozwiązania, usługi i produkty czystej energii. W ramach projektu zostanie także wykonany System TIK oraz formularz on-line - opis w specyfikacji. Wskaźniki: Dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania en. z OZE 1,448MW, Dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania en. cieplnej z OZE 0,8457MWt, Dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania en. elektrycznej z OZE 0,6021 MWe, Produkcja en. cieplnej z OZE 766,6131 MWht/rok, Prod. En. elektrycznej z OZE 602,1 MWhe/rok, Szacowany spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych 738,29 CO2/rok, Liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytw. En. Cieplnej z OZE 151 szt, Liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytw. en. elektrycznej z OZE 204 szt. Inwestycje w budynkach użytkowanych, na obiektach i obszarach nie podlegających nadzorowi i ochronie konserwatora zabytków. (Polish)
