The object of the project is the purchase and installation of solar collectors, aerothermal pumps and photovoltaic installations. 133 Installations will be installed on private facilities in Wilków Municipality with a total capacity of 0.51 MW. a) solar collectors – together: 70 units, of which: — 2 – panels with a power of 3.4 kW: 47pcs, – 3 – panel power 5.1 kW: 23 pcs b) 3,5 kW aerothermal heat pumps: 7 pcs (c) photovoltaic: 56 pcs (19 units of 3.1 kW and 37 pcs of 4,03 each). Total solar power: 0,4851 MW. Total power for aerothermal energy: 0,0245 MW Currently conventional thermal energy sources will be replaced by free solar and aerothermal energy. The implementation of the specific objectives will indirectly increase the tourist attractiveness of the region, improve the living conditions of its inhabitants and directly improve the natural environment. The target group will be residents of the Commune of Wilków (private users) who expressed their willingness to join the project expressed in the form of a survey. Project indicators – additional renewable energy generation capacity – 0.51 MW. Heat production – 104.63 MWht/year, Power generation MWhe/year – 197,60. Number of heat-generating units – 77 units Number of power-generating units – 56 units Decrease in emissions of CO 2-199.26 Mg/year. The air quality in the municipality is good; there is no obligation to develop an air quality programme. The Lublin POP does not indicate any corrective or short-term measures for the municipality of Wilków, which means that there were no exceedances of the levels of substances subject to air quality assessment. The project is in line with the directional actions of the current POP for the Lublin zone as well as corrective actions for reducing low emissions through the use of energy from RES in the energy balance of individual households. Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup i instalacja kolektorów słonecznych, pomp aerotermalnych i instalacji fotowoltaicznych. 133 Instalacje zostaną zamontowane na obiektach prywatnych w Gminie Wilków o łącznej mocy 0,51 MW. a) kolektory słoneczne - razem: 70 szt., w tym: - 2 - panelowe o mocy 3,4 kW: 47szt., - 3 - panelowe o mocy 5,1 kW: 23 szt. b) aerotermalne pompy ciepła o mocy 3,5 kW: 7 szt. c) fotowoltaika: 56 szt. (19 szt. po 3,1 kW i 37 szt po 4,03). Łączna moc dla energii słonecznej: 0,4851 MW. Łączna moc dla energii aerotermalnej: 0,0245 MW Dotychczasowe konwencjonalne źródła energii cieplnej zostaną zastąpione darmową energią słoneczną oraz aerotermalną. Realizacja celów szczegółowych wpłynie pośrednio na wzrost atrakcyjności turystycznej regionu, poprawę warunków życia jego mieszkańców oraz bezpośrednio na poprawę stanu środowiska naturalnego.Grupą docelową będą mieszkańcy Gminy Wilków (użytkownicy prywatni), którzy wyrazili chęć przystąpienia do projektu wyrażoną w formie ankiety. Wskaźniki projektu- dodatkowa moc wytwarzania energii odnawialnej - 0,51 MW. Produkcja energii cieplnej - 104,63 MWht/rok, Produkcja energii elektrycznej MWhe/rok - 197,60. Liczba jednostek wytwarzania energii cieplnej - 77 szt. Liczba jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej- 56 szt. Spadek emisji CO 2 - 199,26 Mg/rok. Jakość powietrza w gminie jest dobra; nie ma obowiązku opracowania programu ochrony powietrza. W POP dla strefy lubelskiej nie wskazano działań naprawczych ani krótkoterminowych dla gminy Wilków, co oznacza że na jej terenie nie odnotowano przekroczenia poziomów substancji podlegających ocenie jakości powietrza. Projekt jest zgodny z kierunkowymi działaniami aktualnego POP dla strefy lubelskiej jak i działaniami naprawczymi dotyczącymi ograniczenia niskiej emisji poprzez wykorzystanie energii pochodzącej z OZE w bilansie energetycznym indywidualnych gospodarstwach domowych.
