The main, overarching objective of the project is to launch the production of precision control and measurement instruments on the basis of own KNOW-HOW on ultra-modern materials (protected by patent application) manufactured according to the Spark Plasma Sintering method, by purchasing the necessary machines for the above-mentioned production. The knowledge gained during the implementation of many research projects and in-depth market analysis allows us to claim that the use of ultra-modern materials produced according to SPS technology (not used so far on an industrial scale) will be widely used in the automotive, aerospace and machinery industries. Manufactured according to this precision instrument technology, they have a very high resistance to abrasion and corrosion, as well as unique sliding properties. Thanks to the implementation of the project, the Company will achieve the potential that puts it at the forefront of this industry in the country. Another objective of the project is to increase sales, which is closely linked to another goal of increasing the number of customers. The increase in production capacity will enable the Applicant to do so. The objectives of the project are reflected in the indicators. In view of the above, it should be noted that the project is part of Objective III of Priority Axis Action 3.7, which aims to overcome barriers related to access to finance, know-how, and to stimulate activities creating a common company value chain. The analysis of the SME sector operating in the province or. indicates the low competitiveness of enterprises, mainly due to the small expansion of the SME sector to other markets and the low scale of the innovations implemented. Thanks to investment support, there will be increased competitiveness, productivity, productivity and the scale of the activities carried out from the province or. mainly thanks to the introduction of innovative solutions through investment support of the company (English)

    Głównym, nadrzędnym celem projektu jest uruchomienie produkcji precyzyjnych przyrządów kontrolno - pomiarowych na bazie własnego KNOW-HOW na ultra nowoczesnych materiałach (chronionych zgłoszeniem patentowym) wytwarzanych wg. metody Spark Plasma Sintering, poprzez zakupie niezbędnych maszyn do ww. produkcji. Wiedza zdobyta podczas realizacji wielu projektów badawczych i dogłębna analiza rynku pozwala nam twierdzić iż zastosowanie ultranowoczesnych materiałów wytwarzanych wg. technologii SPS (nie stosowanej do tej pory na skalę przemysłową) znajdą szerokie zastosowanie w przemyśle samochodowym oraz lotniczym jak i maszynowym. Wytwarzane wg. tej technologii precyzyjnych przyrządów, charakteryzować się bardzo dużą odpornością na ścieranie oraz korozję a także unikalnymi własnościami ślizgowymi. Dzięki realizacji projektu Firma osiągnie potencjał stawiający ją w czołówce firm tej branży w kraju. Kolejnym celem projektu jest wzrost sprzedaży, który jest ściśle powiązany z innym celem jakim jest zwiększenie liczby klientów. Wzrost możliwości produkcyjnych umożliwi Wnioskodawcy realizację tych zamierzeń. Cele realizacji projektu mają odzwierciedlenie we wskaźnikach, Mając powyższe na uwadze należy stwierdzić, że Projekt wpisuje się w cel III Osi Priorytetowej Działania 3.7, którego celem jest przełamanie barier związanych z dostępem do finansowania, know - how, a także pobudzenie działań tworzących wspólny łańcuch wartości przedsiębiorstwa Analiza sektora MŚP działającego na terenie woj. lub. wskazuje na niską konkurencyjność przedsiębiorstw, wynikającą przede wszystkim z małej ekspansywności sektora MŚP na inne rynki oraz niskiej skali wdrażanych innowacji.
