Thanks to this, it will be possible to maintain and prolong the professional act of the Łódź Voivodeship, especially those after 50 years of C.E.C detailed: —the proportion of cancers detected in the early stages of progression (A and B by Duke) -the percentage of cure (five years of survival)-reduces the incidence of coarse cancer -similar to the cost of treating cancer on a national scale (thanks to the treatment of cancers detected in the early stages of progression and by the removal of precancerous conditions – polyps).The project’s GDs are: —all OS aged 50-65 years, regardless of family history -os40-49, which have a first-degree relative who has been diagnosed with colorectal cancer -os25-49 from the family zs Lynch.In this group, it is necessary to confirm the diagnosis of belonging to the family zs Lynch from the genetic clinic. —os25-49 from family adenopathic polyposis (FAP). In this group, it is necessary to confirm the recognition of belonging to a family with FAP from the genetic clinic.
