The diagnosis of needs shows that there is a need to set up a children’s club in Łódź, which will allow parents taking care of children up to the age of 3 to return to the labour market. The main objective of the project: Return to the labour market – a new children’s club in Łódź is to allow 25 people taking care of children aged 1 to 3 years to return to work after a break related to the birth/raising of the child, to find or seek a job, by means of an adaptation of the building, the creation and functioning of 25 places in the children’s club in Łódź until 30 September 2022. 25 people will be supported, including 24 women and 1 man, parents of children aged 1 to 3 living/learning or working in Łódź. Between December 2020 and the end of March 2021, the building will be adapted and equipped for a new club, and 25 children will be able to stay in the club. During this time, parents taking care of their children will be able to return to work, look for it or find the right one. Z przeprowadzonej diagnozy potrzeb wynika, że na terenie Łodzi istnieje potrzeba utworzenia klubu dziecięcego, co umożliwi powrót na rynek pracy rodzicom opiekującymi się dziećmi w wieku do 3 lat. Celem głównym projektu pn. Powrót na rynek pracy – nowy łódzki klub dziecięcy jest Umożliwienie 25 osobom sprawującym opiekę nad dziećmi w wieku od 1 do 3 roku życia powrotu do pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/ wychowaniem dziecka, znalezienia pracy lub jej poszukiwania, dzięki przeprowadzeniu adaptacji budynku, utworzeniu i funkcjonowaniu 25 miejsc w klubie dziecięcym w Łodzi do 30 września 2022 r. Wsparciem zostanie objętych 25 osób, w tym 24 kobiety i 1 mężczyzna, rodzice dzieci w wieku od 1 do lat 3 zamieszkujące/uczące się lub pracujące na terenie Łodzi. W okresie od grudnia 2020 r. do końca marca 2021 r. zostanie zaadaptowany i wyposażony budynek pod nowy klub, zostanie zapewniona 25 dzieciom możliwość pobytu w klubie. W tym czasie rodzice opiekujący się dziećmi będą mogli powrócić do pracy, szukać jej lub znaleźć odpowiednią. Dzięki projektowi zostaną zrealizowane m.in. następujące wskaźniki: Liczba osób, które powróciły na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/ wychowaniem dziecka, po opuszczeniu programu [osoby] – 16 k Liczba osób pozostających bez pracy, które znalazły pracę lub poszukują pracy po opuszczeniu programu [osoby] – 8 k i 1m Liczba osób opiekujących się dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 objętych wsparciem w programie [osoby] – 25 Liczba utworzonych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 [szt.] – 25 (Polish)
