TARGET GROUP: 16 people (including at least 9 K) of economically inactive persons at risk of poverty or social exclusion, which in the first place require social activation, residing (in relation to the KC) in the Łódź Voivodeship in the regeneration area of the municipality of Zgierz (subarea No. 2 of the Centre) or transferred in connection with the implementation of the revitalisation process. Min. 2 persons in the target group are persons with disabilities. Socio-occupational reintegration activities for 16 people under the project will be provided in a comprehensive and individualised manner. They will contribute to restoring the employability of the PA. CEL GŁÓWNY: Reintegracja zawodowa i społeczna 16 osób (min. 9K) biernych zawodowo zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym zamieszkałych na obszarze rewitalizacji gminy m. Zgierz (podobszar nr 2 Centrum) lub przeniesionych w związku z wdrażaniem procesu rewitalizacji, w tym min. 2 OzN, poprzez realizację indywidualnego programu zatrudnienia socjalnego w ramach 16 nowych miejsc w CIS MEA, obejmującego m.in. wsparcie psychologiczne, doradztwo prawne, warsztaty reintegracji społecznej i zawodowej, terapię / profilaktykę uzależnień, psychoterapię, poradnictwo w zakresie wizażu, szkolenia ICT i zawodowe, praktyki i pośrednictwo pracy w okresie 5.2020-4.2021. GRUPA DOCELOWA: 16 os. (w tym min. 9 K) biernych zawodowo zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które w pierwszej kolejności wymagają aktywizacji społecznej, zamieszkujących (zg. z KC) w woj. łódzkim na obszarze rewitalizacji gminy m. Zgierz (podobszar nr 2 Centrum) lub przeniesionych w związku z wdrażaniem procesu rewitalizacji. Min. 2 os. w grupie docelowej to os. z niepełnosprawnościami. Działania reintegracji społeczno-zawodowej dla 16 osób w ramach proj. udzielane będą w sposób kompleksowy i zindywidualizowany. Przyczynią się do przywrócenia zdolności do zatrudnienia UP.
