The main objective of the project is to develop entrepreneurship and self-employment by providing comprehensive support to 60 unemployed persons (30Ki30M) at the age of 30 years and above residing in ŁOM (i.e. Łódź and counties: Łódź-East, Brest, Pabianicki and Zgierski), intending to disperse.gosp.and who are in the most difficult situation on the market in the area of.01.04.2021-31.03.2023. by creating 48 entities, it will contribute to the fight against unemployment through the development of entrepreneurship in the region and is compatible and serves to achieve the objectives of the 2014-2020 ROP, the aim of detail. Action VIII.3 i.e. "Increasing the number of permanent start-ups (start-ups) and is in line with the detailed description of the Priority Axis of the ROP WŁ 2014-2020, which contributes to the development objectives of the voivodship and will have a positive impact on the development of LOM’s potential. The project responds to the current market situation on the territory of ŁOM and its implementation. will be in accordance with the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with disabilities, sustainable development and the concept of universal design. The main indicators of the projektu:Liczba created jobs within the framework of the ESF funding to take up department.gosp.-48;Number of people poost.without work who received non-repayable funds to take up the department.gosp.in the programme-48,Number of unemployed persons (including long-term unemployment) supported in the programme-60. The achievement of the headline target and the above indicators will be achieved by providing comprehensive support for implementation through the following: group training and individual training, grant for launch. Celem gł.projektu jest rozwój przedsiębiorczości i samozatrudnienia poprzez zapewnienie kompleksowego wsparcia 60 osobom bezrobotnym(30Ki30M)w wieku 30 lat i więcej zamieszkałych na obszarze ŁOM(tj.m.Łódź i powiatów:łódz.-wschod.,brzezińskiego,pabianickiego i zgierskiego),zamierzających rozp.dział.gosp.i znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pr.w okr.01.04.2021-31.03.2023.Ww cel,przez utworzenie 48 podmiotów gosp.,przyczyni się do przeciwdziałania bezrob. poprzez rozwój przedsiębiorczości w regionie oraz jest zgodny i służy realizacji celów RPO WŁ 2014-2020,celu szczegół.Działania VIII.3 tj.”Zwiększenie liczby trwałych nowopowstałych przedsiębiorstw(start-upów)oraz jest zgodny ze Szczegółowym Opisem Osi Priorytetowych RPO WŁ 2014-2020, przez co wpisuje się w cele rozwojowe województwa i pozytywnie wpłynie na rozwój potencjału ŁOM. Proj.stanowi odpowiedź na obecną sytuację na rynku pr.na terenie ŁOM i realizow. będzie zgodnie z zas.równości szans i niedyskryminacji, w tymdostępności dla os.z niepełnosprawnościami,zas.zrównoważonego rozwoju oraz koncepcją projektowania uniwersalnego.Główne wskaźniki projektu:Liczba utworzonych miejsc pracy w ramach udziel.z EFS środków na podjęcie dział.gosp.-48;Liczba osób pozost.bez pracy,które otrzymały bezzwrotne środki na podjęcie dział.gosp.w programie-48,Liczba osób bezrobotnych(łącznie z długotrwale bezrob.)objętych wsparciem w programie-60. Osiągnięcie celu głównego i w/w wskaźników nastąpi poprzez zapewnienie kompleksowego wsparcia realizow.przez następujące działania:wsparcie szkoleniowe grupowe i indywidualne,dotację na uruchom.dział.gosp.oraz wsparcie pomostowe finansowe.
