The main objective of the project is to reduce air pollution in the municipality of Nowa Ostrowy by replacing low-efficiency and non-organic heat sources with new, greener heat sources. This objective is directly linked to the main objective of Action IV.4 Reducing pollutant emissions of ROP WŁ 2014-2020. Achieving the main objective together with intermediate objectives will contribute to solving the problems identified at the stage of analysis of the project’s problems and will help improve air quality and the environment in the area of the Municipality of Nowe Ostrowy and the surrounding areas from the whole Łódź Voivodeship. In addition, the planned investment will contribute to the rationalisation of distributed heat management systems and primary energy savings, which will significantly reduce carbon emissions and increase energy efficiency. Planned delivery, assembly and commissioning: 22 pcs LPG LPG boilers 8 pcs. ecopea boilers V class 3 pcs. biomass boilers (pellet) V class 18 pcs. air/water low-parameter heat pumps 1 pcs. ground pumps 3 pcs. air/water high-parameter gas heat pumps PRODUCTS Number of modernised heat sources – 55pcs. Results of the contracted annual reduction in greenhouse gas emissions (CI34) – 428.31 Tonnes of CO2-equivalent/year In accordance with Article 7, mechanisms have been put in place to include all users in accordance with the principles of universal design.     Celem głównym projektu jest Zmniejszenie zanieczyszczenia powietrza w Gminie Nowe Ostrowy poprzez wymianę niskosprawnych i nieekologicznych źródeł ciepła na nowe źródła ciepła, bardziej ekologiczne. Cel ten jest bezpośrednio związany z celem głównym działania IV.4 Zmniejszenie emisji zanieczyszczeń RPO WŁ 2014-2020 Osiągnięcie celu głównego wraz z celami pośrednimi przyczyni się do rozwiązania problemów zidentyfikowanych na etapie analizy problemów projektu i pozwoli na polepszenie jakości powietrza i środowiska naturalnego na obszarze Gminy Nowe Ostrowy oraz pobliskich terenów z całego województwa łódzkiego. Ponadto planowana inwestycja wpłynie na racjonalizację rozproszonych systemów gospodarowania ciepłem użytkowym oraz oszczędnością w zużyciu energii pierwotnej, co w znaczącym stopniu spowoduje ograniczenie emisji dwutlenku węgla oraz zwiększy efektywność energetyczną. Zaplanowano dostawę, montaż i uruchomienie:  22 szt. kotłów na gaz płynny LPG  8 szt. kotłów na ekogroszek V klasy  3 szt. kotłów na biomasę (pellet) V klasy  18 szt. pomp ciepła powietrze/woda niskoparametrowych  1 szt. pomp gruntowych  3 szt. pomp ciepła powietrze/woda wysokoparametrowych gazowych PRODUKTY Liczba zmodernizowanych źródeł ciepła - 55szt. REZULTATY zacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych (CI34) - 428,31 Tony równoważnika CO2/rok Zgodnie z art.7 zastosowano mechanizmy uwzględniające wszystkich użytkowników zgodnie z zasadami projektowania uniwersalnego.
