The aim of the project is to improve energy efficiency in the public sector through deep thermomodernisation of the public utility building Gm. Strzelce Wielkie. Uneconomical energy-intensive installations, lack of thermal insulation, poor ventilation cause large heat losses, resulting in high pollution emissions. For this purpose, it is planned to design-build a deep thermoomo.building: Szk. Podst. in Wiewiec(assembly of a new heat source – pellet boiler, replacement of the entire complete central heating installation, warming of external walls, warming of the roof, warming of the roof, warming of the floor, warming of the ceiling, replacement of old PVC and wooden window joinery, replacement of old doors, PV installation working for the own needs of the school part of the building in question with a capacity of 2.64 kWp, replacement of old and energy-intensive incandescent luminaires and lighting fixtures with new LED technology, as well as necessary accompanying works specified in the energy balance). Project documentation, investor supervision and promotion will be carried out. The project meets the programme objectives and contributes to reducing heat losses and annual energy demand and reducing the cost of energy consumption. The direct objective of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of public sector infrastructure through deep thermomodernisation of the public utility building in G. Strzelka Wielkie. The project uses and promotes the most efficient and environmentally friendly heating technologies, equipment and installations. The project takes into account the concept of universal design. The implementation of the project will contribute to reducing the degradation of the local environment (CO2 reduction). The project will serve the residents of the Municipality of Strzelce Wielkie – 4700 pers.POW. USE.     Założeniem projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej w sektorze publicznym poprzez głęboką termomodernizację budynku użyteczności publicznej Gm. Strzelce Wielkie. Nieekonomiczne energochłonne instalacje, brak izolacji termicznej, mało sprawne wentylacje powodują duże straty ciepła,w efekcie wysoką emisję zanieczyszczeń. W tym celu planuje się w trybie zaprojektuj-wybuduj głęboką termomo.budynku: Szk.Podst. w Wiewcu(montaż nowego źródła ciepła - kocioł na pellet, wymiana całej kompletnej instalacji c.o., ocieplenie ścian zewn., ocieplenie dachu, ocieplenie stropodachu, ocieplenie podłogi, ocieplenie stropu, wymianę starej stolarki okiennej PCV i drewnianej, wymianę starych drzwi, wykonanie instalacji PV pracującej na potrzeby własne części szkolnej przedmiotowego budynku o mocy 2,64 kWp, wymianę starych i energochłonnych żarowych i świetlówkowych opraw oświetleniowych na nowe w technologii LED, a także niezbędne prace towarzyszące określone w bilansem energetycznym). Wykonana zostanie dokumentacja projektowa, realizowany będzie nadzór inwestorski i promocja. Projekt spełnia cele programowe i przyczynia się do zmniejszenia strat ciepła i rocznego zapotrzebowania na energię oraz obniżenia kosztów jej zużycia. Celem bezpośrednim projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej infrastruktury sektora publicznego poprzez głęboką termomodernizację budynku użyteczności publicznej w G. Strzelce Wielkie. Projekt wykorzystuje i promuje najbardziej wydajne i proekologiczne technologie, urządzenia i instalacje grzewcze. W projekcie uwzględnione zostały założenia koncepcji projektowania uniwersalnego. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do ograniczenia degradacji lokalnego środowiska (redukcji CO2). Projekt służyć będzie mieszkańcom Gminy Strzelce Wielkie – 4700 os.POW. UŻ.
