Constituída por três ações de formação associadas à área de educação e formação, Turismo e Lazer, a operação tem como objetivo aperfeiçoar os conhecimentos e competências adquiridos ou a mobilizar para efeitos de reciclagem e/ou reconversão profissional dos ativos empregados. Concluída a operação, é expetável que os outrora formandos venham a contribuir para o desenvolvimento sustentado dos Açores, designadamente ao serviço do setor do turismo. (Portuguese)
