Przedmiotem proj. jest głęboka termomodernizacja sali wiejskiej w Tarnowie w G. Lubiszyn. Inwestycja obejmuje docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych i podłogi na gruncie, wymianę: stolarki drzw., okiennej, źródła ciepła c.w.u. na nowo zasilane, źródła ciepła c.o. na powietrzną pompę ciepła, montaż: mat kapilarnych, automatyki do sterowania systemem c.o z wykorzystaniem TIK, instalacji fotowolt.o mocy 13 kW, automatycznego sterowania oświetleniem, wymianę oświetlenia na oświetlenie LED, wykonanie wentylacji mechanicznej. Grupy docelowe: Mieszkańcy G. Lubiszyn Użytkownicy budynku sali w Tarnowie Władze G. Lubiszyn Instytucje systemu ochrony środowiska. Główny cel projektu: Poprawa efektywności energetycznej w sektorze budynków użyteczności publicznej na obszarze G. Lubiszyn poprzez optymalizację gospodarki energetycznej w sali w Tarnowie. Cele szczegółowe: Zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię pierwotną poprzez działania termomodernizacyjne; Redukcja emisji CO2; Optymalizacja zużycia energii elektrycznej; Zwiększenie wykorzystania OZE w zakresie gospodarki energetycznej.
