The scope of the proposed project includes a deep thermomodernisation of the public utility building – the Economic School Complex in Żary. The project is divided into 4 tasks: 1. Preparatory work: a) energy audit, b) functional-use programme, c) ornithological expertise, d) feasibility study, e) application for funding. 2. Implementation of the project in the “design and build” system: a) design documentation, b) Construction works, including in particular: — warming of the roof of the school building, the roof of the gym, the floor on the ground, the exterior wall, the walls on the ground, – the replacement of windows and external doors, – the exchange of the heat source for a low-temperature gas boiler, – replacement of radiators and pipes, – installation of control automation for the central heating system using TiK, including the measurement and control system BMS, – installation of a buffer tank, – installation of a mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery, – installation of a photovoltaic installation with a power of 27 kW, – replacement of lighting with LED, – installation of automatic lighting control in corridors and toilets, – other building elements related to the work of the Termomoder. (e.g. replacement of external window sills, replacement of gutters and drain pipes, etc.). 3. (Investor) supervision of the project. 4. Promotion of the project. The main objective of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of the building of the Economic School Complex in Żary. Further objectives of the project are complex thermomodernisation of the building, reduction of emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere, reduction of operating costs of the building and improvement of the thermal comfort of the users of the facility. The result of the project will be to achieve adequate indicators for the activities carried out, which have been identified and characterised (by indicating measurable volumes) in Section C of this proposal. Zakres wnioskowanego projektu obejmuje głęboką termomodernizację budynku użyteczności publicznej - Zespołu Szkół Ekonomicznych w Żarach. Projekt podzielony został na 4 zadania: 1. Prace przygotowawcze: a) audyt energetyczny, b) program funkcjonalno-użytkowy, c) ekspertyza ornitologiczna, d) studium wykonalności, e) wniosek o dofinansowanie. 2. Realizacja projektu w systemie „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”: a) dokumentacja projektowa, b) Prace budowlane, obejmujące przede wszystkim: - ocieplenie dachu budynku szkolnego, dachu sali gimnastycznej, podłogi na gruncie, ściany zewnętrznej, ściany na gruncie, - wymianę okien i drzwi zewnętrznych, - wymianę źródła ciepła na kocioł gazowy niskotemperaturowy, - wymianę grzejników i rur, - montaż automatyki sterującej dla systemu c.o. wykorzystującej TiK, w tym systemu pomiarowo-sterującego BMS, - montaż zbiornika buforowego c.w.u, - montaż instalacji wentylacji mechanicznej z odzyskiem ciepła, - montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy 27 kW, - wymianę oświetlenia na LED, - montaż automatycznego sterowania oświetleniem w korytarzach oraz toaletach, - pozostałe elementy budowlane związane z pracami termomoder. (np. wymiana parapetów zewn., wymiana rynien i rur spustowych, etc). 3. Nadzór (inwestorski) nad projektem. 4. Promocja projektu. Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynku Zespołu Szkół Ekonomicznych w Żarach. Dalsze cele projektu stanowią kompleksowa termomodernizacja budynku, redukcja emisji substancji szkodliwych do atmosfery, zmniejszenie kosztów eksploatacji budynku oraz poprawa komfortu cieplnego użytkowników obiektu. Efektem projektu będzie osiągnięcie wskaźników adekwatnych dla realizowanych działań, które zostały określone i scharakteryzowane (poprzez wskazanie mierzalnych wielkości) w sekcji C niniejszego wniosku. Do głównych grup docelowych projektu należą: młodzież uczęszczająca do Zespołu Szkół Ekonomicznych w Żarach, mieszkańcy miasta Żary oraz władze Pow (Polish)
