The project assumes the implementation of its own technology resulting from the development and patent application in the technological process of shaping and longitudinal welding of thin-walled pipes and profiles made of non-ferrous alloys and acid-resistant steel with austenitic structure produced from coiled tapes as materials with high corrosion resistance. The result will be the production of innovative products for gutter systems for domestic and foreign customers. The aim of the investment is to increase the competitiveness of the Company, expand the product offer and thus increase the level of innovation. The main challenge is to implement a technology that will allow optimal use of materials and the implementation of modern shaping technologies from such different materials as zinc, titanium, copper and austenitic steel in one technological sequence. The implementation of the above technology will allow to obtain quality products, reduce production costs, enable a fuller approach to individual customer expectations, reduce waste, enable the use of materials with different properties in the technological process, through a high degree of integration of technological nodes and an extensive technological process control module. First of all, it will enable the production of products of the same quality and precision, which is not possible in the current technology based on the distributed model. The above action is a technological innovation – the first such implementation in industry. This method consists of applying the method of tracking the weld zone in close proximity to the source and its correction thanks to the application of precise x-y correction. This method does not exist in Poland as well as in Europe, also in the country there is no production of pipes longitudinally welded for non-ferrous metal alloys (Zm-Ti, Al., Cu).[...] (English) | |||||||||||||||

Projekt zakłada wdrożenie własnej technologii będącej wynikiem prac rozwojowych i zgłoszonej do patentu w zakresie procesu technologicznego kształtowania i spawania wzdłużnego cienkościennych rur i profili ze stopów metali nieżelaznych oraz stali kwasoodpornej o strukturze austenitycznej produkowanych z taśm zwijanych jako materiałów o wysokiej odporności korozyjnej. Rezultatem będzie wytworzenie innowacyjnych produktów z przeznaczeniem dla systemów rynnowych dla odbiorców krajowych i zagranicznych. Celem realizacji inwestycji jest wzrost konkurencyjności Firmy, poszerzenie oferty produktowej i tym samym zwiększenie poziomu innowacyjności. Podstawowym wyzwaniem jest wdrożenie technologii, która pozwoli na optymalne wykorzystanie materiałów i wdrażanie nowoczesnych technologii kształtowania z tak różnych materiałów jak cynk, tytan, miedz i stal austenityczna w jednym ciągu technologicznym. Wdrożenie powyższej technologii pozwoli uzyskać produkty jakościowo lepsze, obniży koszty produkcji, umożliwi w pełniejszym stopniu podejście do indywidualnych oczekiwań klienta, ograniczy odpady, umożliwi stosowanie w procesie technologicznym materiałów o zróżnicowanych właściwościach, poprzez wysoki stopień zintegrowania węzłów technologicznych i rozbudowany moduł sterowania procesem technologicznym. Przede wszystkim umożliwi produkcje wyrobów jednakowych w jednakowej jakości i precyzyjnym wykonaniu co nie jest możliwe w obecnej technologii bazującej na modelu rozproszonym. Powyższe działanie jest innowacją technologiczną – pierwszą taką realizacją w przemyśle. Metoda ta polega na zastosowaniu, nie stosowanej dotychczas metody śledzenia strefy spawu w bliskiej odległości od źródła i jego korekcji dzięki zastosowaniu precyzyjnej korekty x-y. Metoda ta nie ma zastawania w Polsce jak również w Europie, również w kraju nie produkuje się rur wzdłużnie spawanych dla stopów metali nieżelaznych (Zm-Ti, Al., Cu).[...] (Polish)
