The main objective of the PROJ. is to increase the professional attractiveness of 129 TEB Technical School Students in Grudziądz and Toruń by participating in additional courses and internships and increasing the professional skills and qualifications of 8 VET teachers by taking part in courses under a project lasting from 01.02.2020 to 31.08.2022. education in Grudziądz and Toruń, studying in TECHNIK INFORMATYK.(2) 8 teachers of vocational education in the field of TiNF (8M), including 5 from the Technical School in Toruń and 3 from the Grudziądz Technical School. The following tasks will be carried out as part of the project: (1) Improvement of teachers’ competences and professional qualifications(2) Educational and professional advice(3) Additional vocational training for students of Technical University in Grudziądz(4) Additional vocational training for students of the Technical School in Toruń(5) High quality professional internships for students of the Technical School in Grudziądz and ToruńThe implementation of this project solves the following problem: deficits in the professional experience and practical skills of graduates entering the labour market.Effect of achieving the objectives of acquiring and/or increasing professional competences and qualifications in accordance with the needs of the labour market and obtaining the necessary professional experience by 129 students of TEB Technical School Education in Grudziądz and Toruń. Thanks to the implementation of the project, there will also be an increase in the skills and qualifications of 8 teachers of education. As a result of the implementation of the project, the quality of education will be improved in the field of IT Techniques in Technikum TEB Education in Grudziądz and Toruń and adapt it to the needs of the local labour market. CELEM GŁÓWNYM PROJ. jest wzrost atrakcyjności zawodowej 129 Uczniów Technikum TEB w Grudziądzu i Toruniu poprzez udział w dodatkowych kursach i stażach zaw. oraz wzrost umiejętności i kwalifikacji zawodowych 8 nauczycieli kształcenia zawodowego przez udział w kursach w ramach proj. trwającego od 01.02.2020 do 31.08.2022r.GRUPĘ DOCELOWĄ PROJ. stanowi:(1) 129 Uczniów/Uczennic (29K, 100M) Technikum TEB Edukacja w Grudziądzu i Toruniu kształcących się na kierunku TECHNIK INFORMATYK.(2) 8 nauczycieli kształcenia zawodowego na kierunku TINF (8M), w tym 5 z technikum w Toruniu oraz 3 z technikum w Grudziądzu.W ramach proj. zrealizowane zostaną następujące zadania:(1) Podniesienie kompetencji i kwalifikacji zawodowych nauczycieli(2) Doradztwo edukacyjno-zawodowe(3) Dodatkowe szkolenia zawodowe dla uczniów Technikum w Grudziądzu(4) Dodatkowe szkolenia zawodowe dla uczniów Technikum w Toruniu(5) Wysokiej jakości staże zawodowe dla uczniów Technikum w Grudziądzu i ToruniuRealizacja niniejszego proj. rozwiązuje następujący problem: deficyty w doświadczeniu zawodowym i umiejętnościach praktycznych absolwentów wchodzących na rynek pracy.Efektem zrealizowania założeń proj. nabycie i/lub podwyższenie kompetencji i kwalifikacji zawodowych zgodnie z zapotrzebowaniem rynku pracy oraz zdobycie niezbędnego doświadczenia zawodowego przez 129 Uczniów/Uczennic Technikum TEB Edukacja w Grudziądzu i Toruniu. Dzięki realizacji proj.nastąpi także wzrost umiejętności i kwalifikacji 8 nauczycieli kształcenia zaw.W wyniku realizacji proj. nastąpi podniesienie jakości kształcenia na kierunku Technik Informatyk w Technikum TEB Edukacja w Grudziądzu i Toruniu i dostosowanie go do potrzeb lokalnego rynku pracy.
