The aim of the project is to improve the quality, efficiency and attractiveness of vocational training in cooperation with the socio-economic environment in the Wąbrzeskie contribution until 31.01.2023. The project will be supported by 164 people, including 160 school students (Technique in Wąbrzez, Technical School in Wroń and Industry School I Grade in Wąbrzez) and 4 teachers: The Technical University of the School Complex in Wroń and the Technical School of Vocational Schools in Wąbrzez. The target group is students in technical education professions: mechatronics, mechanics, logistics, economics, hospitalist, tourist service, IT, nutrition and catering services and students of the Industry School I Degree in the profession of seller, mechachanik-monter machines and equipment, operator of cutting machines and students in multi-professional departments. Students will take part in classes preparing for vocational examinations, specialised courses aimed at improving competences and obtaining professional qualifications, preparatory classes for the Baccalaureate, educational and professional counselling, as well as internships and apprenticeships aimed at acquiring practical skills in a particular job and facilitating entry into the labour market. Employers will be involved in the preparation of programmes and the implementation of practical training. 4 teachers will be supported: 2 teachers will take part in post-graduate studies aimed at obtaining qualifications in programming for teachers and mechatronics for teachers. 2 teachers will improve their competences in the training of nutrition technicians and catering services. Participating schools will equip their professional staff in accordance with the standard of equipment defined for the profession and the requirements of the labour market. Celem projektu jest podniesienie jakości, efektywności i atrakcyjności kształcenia zawodowego we współpracy z otoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym wpowiecie wąbrzeskim do 31.01.2023 r. Wsparciem w projekcie objętych zostanie 164 osoby, w tym 160 uczniów szkół (Technikum w Wąbrzeźnie, Technikum Zespołu Szkół we Wroniu oraz Branżowej Szkoły I Stopnia w Wąbrzeźnie) oraz 4 nauczycieli: Technikum Zespołu Szkół we Wroniu i Technikum Zespołu Szkół Zawodowych w Wąbrzeźnie. Grupę docelową stanowią uczniowie kształcący się w zawodach technik: mechatronik, mechanik, logistyk, ekonomik, hotelarz, obsługi turystycznej, informatyk, żywienia i usług gastronomicznych oraz uczniowie Branżowej Szkoły I Stopnia w zawodzie sprzedawca, mechachanik-monter maszyn i urządzeń, operator obrabiarek skrawających oraz uczniowie w oddziałach wielozawodowych. Uczniowie uczestniczyć będą w zajęciach przygotowujących do egzaminów zawodowych, specjalistycznych kursach ukierunkowanych na podniesienie kompetencji i zdobycie kwalifikacji zawodowych, zajęciach przygotowujących do matury, doradztwie edukacyjno-zawodowym oraz stażach i praktykach zawodowych służących nabyciu umiejętności praktycznych na konkretnym stanowisku pracy i ułatwieniu wejścia na rynek pracy. Pracodawcy zostaną włączeni w przygotowanie programów i realizację kształcenia praktycznego. Wsparciem objętych zostanie 4 nauczycieli: 2 nauczycieli weźmie udział w studiach podyplomowych mających na celu zdobycie kwalifikacji z programowania dla nauczycieli oraz mechatroniki dla nauczycieli. 2 nauczycieli podniesie swoje kompetencje w zakresie kształcenia techników żywienia i usług gastronomicznych. Uczestniczące w projekcie szkoły doposażą pracownie zawodowe zgodnie ze standardem wyposażenia określonym dla danego zawodu oraz wymogami rynku pracy. (Polish)
