(15K,3M)-Am. 8.5h per person per week, according to individual demand);- another 3 caregivers (including one as part of own contribution), i.e. a total of 7 carers – an average of 280h per week per round I.2022-XII.2022 (for 28 persons. Celem głównym p jest zwiększenie dostępu usług społ, w tym usług opiekuńczych o 7 miejsc dla 28 osób (22K;6M) zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społ, w tym 2 os (2K) niepełnosprawnych, na terenie Gminy Gruta w okresie I.21-XII.22r Wnioskodawca zaplanował do realizacji następujące działania:1) usł. opiekuńcze świadczone przez:- 4 opiekunki – łącznie średnio 160h w tyg. w okr II.2021-XII.2021 (dla 18os. (15K,3M)-śr. 8,5h na os. w tyg, zgodnie z indywidualnym zapotrzebowaniem);- kolejne 3 opiekunki (w tym jedna w ramach wkładu własnego), czyli łącznie 7opiekunek – średnio 280h w tyg w okr I.2022-XII.2022 (dla 28os.
