The scope of the project is the adaptation of rooms in the building of the Primary School in Warszewice in order to create a common room. This action will be implemented in connection with the development of the Local Revitalisation Programme for the Municipality of Łubianka, which identifies the area of Warszewice as an area requiring revitalisation activities. The infrastructure project will allow for a number of soft actions that will have an impact on the socio-economic regeneration of the locality, which is the main objective of the action. As part of the infrastructure works, the following works are planned:- the cuffing of old internal plasters in the entire adapted facility,- the construction of new partition walls in accordance with the construction project,- the implementation of plastering inside the building,- after finishing plastering, the execution of the painting of walls and ceilings inside the facility,- it is necessary to distribute a new electrical installation, including new lighting energy-efficient LED type and a new water and sewer system,- a new floor will be made in the whole room,- window and door joinery will be replaced,- new central heating (heaters) will be made. – the equipment necessary for the operation of a common room such as tables, chairs, hangers, kitchen furniture, etc. will be purchased. Zakresem przedmiotowego projektu jest adaptacja pomieszczeń w budynku szkoły Podstawowej w Warszewicach w celu utworzenia świetlicy. Działanie te realizowane będzie w związku z opracowaniem Lokalnego Programu Rewitalizacji dla Gminy Łubianka, który wskazuje obszar miejscowości Warszewice jako obszar wymagający działań rewitalizacyjnych. Projekt infrastrukturalny pozwoli na realizację szeregu działań o charakterze "miękkim", które będą miały wpływ na rewitalizację społeczno - gospodarczą miejscowości co jest celem głównym działania. W ramach prac infrastrukturalnych zaplanowano następujące prace:- skucie starych tynków wewnętrznych w całym adaptowanym obiekcie,- wykonanie nowych ścian działowych zgodnie z projektem budowlanym,- wykonanie ponownego otynkowania wewnątrz budynku,- po zakończeniu tynkowania wykonanie malowania ścian i sufitów wewnątrz obiektu,- niezbędne do wykonania jest rozprowadzenie nowej instalacji elektrycznej w tym również nowego oświetlenia energooszczędnego typu LED oraz nowej instalacji wodno - kanalizacyjnej,- wykonana zostanie nowa podłoga w całym pomieszczeniu,- wymieniona zostanie stolarka okienna i drzwiowa,- wykonane zostanie nowe centralne ogrzewanie (grzejniki),- zakupione zostanie wyposażenie niezbędne do funkcjonowania świetlicy typu stoły, krzesła, wieszaki, meble kuchenne, itp.Pomieszczenie będzie przystosowane do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych. W czasie prac adaptacyjnych wykonana zostanie toaleta dostosowana do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych. (Polish)
