Implementation of the project will provide space for soft (social) projects enabling social and economic recovery in the areas covered by the Local Development Strategy – in Osiecz Wielki, Kaniewo and Otmianowo in the municipality of Boniewo. The main objective of revitalisation will be achieved through the implementation of the specific objective: Objective 2. Shaping the infrastructure for the social development of the population: modernisation and adaptation of 3 facilities for the community centre in Kaniewo, Osiecz Wielki and Otmianów for socio-professional activation. The implementation of the project involves renovation and construction works in the above-mentioned three facilities and is necessary for the implementation of social projects. The facility will be used by people of post-production age, children and young people and unemployed people (100 people per year).Scope of the project obejmuje:OTMIANOWO (plot 15/2):-reconstruction of the roof into a multi-fall with warming,-replacement of door, window and window sills,-warming of the external walls, -replacement of central heating installations,-execution of new hot and electrical installations.KANIEWO (parcel 190/4 Jerzmanowo): installation of drywall on walls and ceilings,-replacement of interior doors, floors, ceramic tiles, -painting of walls and ceilings, -modernisation of heating and lighting,-performance of the repair of the ramp for trolleys with entrance stairs. OSIECZ WIELKI (plot no. 322):-renovation of toilet, kitchen, -refresh the coating of walls,-modernisation of the roof and walls.The implementation of the investment is in line with the objectives of sustainable development and has a positive impact on its three aspects: the total value of the project PLN 847 275.38, including the amount of eligible expenditure PLN 747 441.31, of which: – co-financing from the European Union (ERDF) PLN 627 190.00 (83.91 %)-own contribution PLN 120 251.31 (JST budget 16.09 %)-ineligible expenditure 99 834.07 złCompleting the investment 31 May 2021. Dzięki realizacji projektu udostępniona zostanie przestrzeń do realizacji projektów miękkich (społecznych) umożliwiających ożywienie społeczne i gospodarcze na obszarach objętych Lokalną Strategią Rozwoju – na terenie miejscowości Osiecz Wielki, Kaniewo i Otmianowo w Gminie Boniewo. Cel główny rewitalizacji zostanie osiągnięty przez realizację celu szczegółowego: Cel 2. Kształtowanie infrastruktury służącej rozwojowi społecznemu mieszkańców: modernizacja i adaptacja 3 obiektów na świetlice wiejskie w Kaniewie, Osieczu Wielkim i Otmianowie na potrzeby aktywizacji społeczno-zawodowej. Realizacja projektu obejmuje prace remontowo-budowlane w w/w 3 obiektach i jest konieczna dla potrzeb realizacji projektów społecznych. Z obiektu będą korzystały osoby w wieku poprodukcyjnym, dzieci i młodzież oraz osoby bezrobotne (100 osób w skali roku).Zakres projektu obejmuje:OTMIANOWO (działka 15/2):-przebudowa dachu na wielospadowy wraz ociepleniem,-wymiana stolarki drzwiowej, okiennej i parapetów,-ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, -wymiana instalacji c.o.,-wykonanie nowej instalacji c.w.u. i elektrycznej.KANIEWO (działka 190/4 Jerzmanowo):-montaż płyt kartonowo-gipsowych na ścianach i sufitach,-wymiana drzwi wewnętrznych, posadzek, płytek ceramicznych, -malowanie ścian i sufitów, -modernizacja c.o. i oświetlenia,-wykonanie remontu pochylni dla wózków wraz ze schodami wejściowymi. OSIECZ WIELKI (działka nr 322):-remont WC, kuchni, -odświeżenie powłoki ścian,-modernizacja c.o., -termomodernizacja dachu i ścian.Przeprowadzenie inwestycji jest zgodne z założeniami zrównoważonego rozwoju i wywiera pozytywny wpływ na jego trzy aspekty: środowisko naturalne, gospodarkę i aspekt społeczny.Całkowita wartość projektu 847 275,38 zł, w tym kwota wydatków kwalifikowalnych 747 441,31 zł w tym:-dofinansowanie ze środków Unii Europejskiej(EFRR) 627 190,00 zł (83,91%)-wkład własny 120 251,31 zł (budżet JST 16,09%)-wydatki niekwalifikowalne 99 834,07 złZakończenie realizacji inwestycji 31.05.2021 r.
